“Got my order very quick, but i had to return and exchange my sunglass for another colour. Emma is the one who help me shes so quick, and even took actual photos of the item so i can decide the right colour. Thank you so much Emma all the best!”

“I had the best customer service experience with Just Sunnies! This company was the only place I could find the sunglasses I wanted- nowhere else could ship to NZ for a reasonable price. Unfortunately I originally received the wrong product, however I got in touch with Customer Service and the issue was promptly resolved! I spoke to Emma, who was genuinely incredible, and it was so lovely to be able to speak to a real person in real time. She was so kind & understanding, and didn’t make me feel annoying for requesting an exchange (which is a huge win for someone with anxiety like myself!). 10/10, I’ll definitely be recommending this company and their service :)”
