“I purchased my glasses online for a click & collect, expecting to receive an email & just go & collect. Not the case after many phone calls by myself & a lot of to & fro, I had to drive to the distribution centre in Burleigh, instead of the original retail outlet in Tweed, where I was meant to collect. It all just seemed very unorganised !!”
