I haven’t recieved my order at all yet! Almost 14 days later..Worst service ever

Hi Eugene, Thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your delivery experience. I’ve checked your order, and it was dispatched on October 14th, with an attempted delivery made on October 15th. Unfortunately, as no one was available at the time of delivery, the parcel was taken to your local post office for collection. As it wasn’t collected within the holding period, it has since been returned to us. I can see our support team has already reached out regarding the next steps to have your order re-shipped. I recently purchased lenses during your sale and was disappointed to find that the frames were much larger than expected. I called your customer service team immediately, but was told that exchanges are not possible as it was a final sale. As an online customer, it’s impossible to judge the correct fit without trying the product on. I feel this policy is very limiting and does not provide a fair experience for customers who are shopping in good faith. I kindly request that you consider allowing an exchange in this instance, as the item has only been tried on once and is otherwise unused. This small gesture would go a long way in restoring my confidence to continue shopping with Just Sunnies in the future.

From when I initially ordered the glasses It took nearly 2 months with nothing as a bonus for the delay. Seriously go to the shop & walk out with them straight away it was not worth the wait.

Hi Nanette, Sorry to hear you haven’t yet received your order. I’ve had a look into this for you and can see that your order was shipped the same day it was placed and has been awaiting collection at your local Australia Post. Orders are held at the LPO for 10 days, and after this time, they are returned to sender. Once your order arrives back to us, we’ll be in touch to assist with arranging a reshipment for you.
