“I had an issue with a pair of sunglasses where the frame was deteriorating. I contacted customer support with some pictures. Emma was super helpful and sorted out a replacement from the manufacturer within a couple days.”

“I recently had a problem with my Just Sunnies sunglasses, and contacted them. Emma got back to me straight away, and started the process to get a replacement pair for me. I received a new pair of sunglasses within a few days. Emma was wonderful. She explained the processes to me, kept me updated as to what was happening, and was extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond when dealing with her customers, and that's becoming very rare nowadays.”
