“We can never get into the class even when we join class on the OLS. I have emailed multiple times to get us into this class with no help. And getting email saying he will be removed for attendence however we have tried to get in every day”

“Unfortunately, we have been trying to get into the classroom at 1:50 (class starts at 2pm). It is now 2:26 and still have no luck getting on. It states it is open to staff only. I did email letting someone know.”

“Our tutors have been fantastic. Overall the software works and the dashboard system is fine. We are struggling a bit with the Parent vs Child login. I'd like to be able to monitor and fund what our kid is doing without having to sign in as them. Also, the tutor search is a bit backwards, I have to pick a tutor, then see what they offer, then see their availabilty. If they are not available, then I have to back out and start over. That part could be more open ended. e.g. Pick topic/level/times, see available tutors.”

“Awful service with this tutor. This tutor Michelle Salman is the worse. She was not respectful with my kid , was late to session and had a horrible attitude . Not good at what she teaches , English.”

“Hello! My child really has made so much progress and showed improvement in Literacy! I also wanted to take a moment to share appreciation to Shelby Fletcher She was Awesome! She really worked diligently with him, with all the helpful comprehension, and fluency strategies and he still uses today! Which also helped taking the time to know what categories peaked his interest and getting to know more about him and both his strengths and weakness and build upon that! So Thank you so very much!”
