“I took action by reporting the incident to the authorities even though I was defrauded on a fraudulent trading website and couldn't access my trading account. But as of yet, no answer has been offered. Thankfully, I was able to locate M A D A C O V I . C O, a trustworthy private investigator, who assisted me in getting my money back without asking for payment in advance. I'm glad to share my story and am pleased to receive my money back.”

“Our tutors have been fantastic. Overall the software works and the dashboard system is fine. We are struggling a bit with the Parent vs Child login. I'd like to be able to monitor and fund what our kid is doing without having to sign in as them. Also, the tutor search is a bit backwards, I have to pick a tutor, then see what they offer, then see their availabilty. If they are not available, then I have to back out and start over. That part could be more open ended. e.g. Pick topic/level/times, see available tutors.”

“I think this is a great resource for students to receive extra help. The actual tutoring platform was easy to use and engaging for the student. My child was able to write on the screen and talk through her responses with the tutor directly. We really enjoyed working with the tutor and would definitely use her again in the future. One of the main issues I had was that the website for signing up and scheduling a session has a handful of issues. There are issues with logging in, lack of communication when a tutor is subbed out for another, and I still can't figure out how to get the post-session feedback that I got a notification that the tutor submitted. Other than the technical issues, this is a really great option for students, and I will be recommending this to other parents in my circle!”

“The teacher that we hired for Hunter was a very good fit for him he enjoyed the session. She made him feel like he wasn’t learning and just having fun. Also he felt confident that he knew what he was doing.”

“Very good although the interface was a bit complicated, so tutoring was usually moved to a Zoom or Skype session which would become laggy or glitched at times.”
