“I was just there doing nothing i was given a quiz but I didn't know what to do after the first quiz. I was ignored multiple times with the comments i was leaving him. I would love if i was answered next time i join the session.”

“We couldn't get in. We received an error message stating her acct was locked. Her teacher is busy so we didn't have a tutoring session.”

“Used to be a great service before January The company stride tutoring may have emerged with k12 tutoring- something is different Now customer doesn’t respond to emails & technical support isn’t always available so if your kid can’t sign on after hours- you will not be able to do your tutoring. I will also have to work hard for a refund as they just want to give u credits Tutors seem to be great- administrative & customer service different.”
