“I have always LOVED everything I bought from Kantha! I ordered a Boho Jacket in February. Received an email confirmation but never received the order! I sent an email in August, thinking they were a little behind or having COVID problems, to ask about my order. I asked for order to be shipped or a refund issued. I have not heard back from them. I have tried several other times to call and email and there is no answer to either! Sadly I feel like I am out my money and merchandise! That's too bad because I have been a fan of their things!!!”
“I also purchase a blanket in January and was charged for it. Website has been down and unable to contact company for product not received. I assume out of business due to Covid, still seems they would ensure reimbursing those whose items didn't ship.”

I've called them several times and no one answers, I've emailed them several times with no response and now there website is no longer there. I got no refund from them or any kind of explanation to why I didn't get my order from them and no way of getting a hold of them. I will never shop with them again and I'm reporting them to the BBB.”

An order was placed for a single throw and payment made on January 16, 2020--prior to the severity of the pandemic. However, given the evolving COVID-19 crisis, I allowed for more time for the shipment to arrive. I began calling in late February, and the message went to their voice mail. No response. I sent several follow up emails. No response. Their website no longer exists and they have left many customers with outstanding orders and no intention of reimbursing payments.
I had to contact the bank to initiate a dispute and request a reimbursement.
Such a disappointment.”
