“While my order arrived and is beautiful my complaint would be that customer service was a little slow to respond to my questions prior to my purchase. All in all I am a happy customer and will be purchasing again.”

“The throw that arrived after 8 weeks was not what I ordered. Company agreed to an exchange and free return shipping. I requested a full refund and ultimately they agreed and suggested I keep the throw as a gift. It took awhile but they came through, which I appreciated.”
