“I like that they have a variety of designs. That’s probably the only positive. I advise making sure you only use the leggings for what they are made light walks and maybe festivals, A gentle yoga class, unless you buy the compression ones. With some of my higher end leggings I can go anywhere with them so yoga/pilates/gym but I went to the gym with kapow and the leggings got wrecked from the sticky part of my wrist straps. Even wearing them in my boots outside of the gym the stitching came undone/started to fry around the boots. I’m not even sure what shoes you would wear them with at a festival at this point. They aren’t the best quality in all honesty but they’ve been around for awhile and I purchased on sale. I won’t be again but other people seem Too.”

Hey Anonymous! Thanks for your review, if you are looking for gym leggings we'd suggest the Performance PRO range which are specifically designed for workouts with reinforced stitching, squat proof fabric, and compression for support and recovery. The Originals leggings you purchased are our lightest & brightest leggings designed for everyday wear, not gym workouts with wrist straps etc. Hope that helps!

“These are nice, but they’re too expensive for what they are. Shoulda bought women’s leggings instead. They have a prominent logo on them that wasn’t advertised in the product photos, and since I was planning to use them as part of a stage costume I honestly feel kinda ripped off.”

“Sadly, I'm disappointed. These are a thinner material compared to my matador meggings, so time will tell how long they last. The fit is poor; I'm 6' @ 200 lbs and normally wear a 34-36 waist with a 34 inseam so I ordered size large. Unfortunately, I have to hike my meggings up all the way up and roll the waistband once to get a decent fit. There is also no pouch contour in the crouch area which leaves my package mashed and not at all flattering-- it's like what you expect female leggings to fit like. I purchased the core meggings, which do not have pockets. I also purchased a pair of performance meggings, which do have a regular open pocket and a zipper pocket. The placement of the pockets would be much better on the outer thighs than on the butt where they don't seem too useful. Both seem to be the same thin material. I wanted to like these but they failed to meet my expectations.”

Hey Ryan! Thanks for trying Kapow, sorry you weren't a fan of these leggings. We do free exchanges and returns, happy to sort you out with a different style if you'd like to try a Compression-X (which have the U-shaped crotch it sounds like you're after), or alternatively a larger size if you found the fit wasn't so great. Please email info@kapowmeggings.com and we'll get you sorted out :) PS: The Originals and Performance are different materials.

“Customs declaration faulty (mail bag raised as an item with the same price as the megging, so I had to pay 21% VAT over plastic packaging too) and incomplete (not mentioned I already paid VAT, so I had to pay it to customs again).”

Hey Matt! Thanks for tying Kapow. Those are our compression shorts with the higher waist, we mention on the product page that this style has a higher waist that you can wear up or down, and is particularly good for belly support. Appreciate that these might not be for you. If you'd like a regular waist, we also do normal compression shorts that sit on the hips :)

The Originals Range are our lightest and most breathable leggings, they're designed to fit like a second skin and the fabric we use is lightweight, strong, and stretchy polyester/spandex. We developed it specifically for this range. We'd like to make sure you're satisfied – our thicker Performance or Performance PRO leggings might be more to your liking. Hi Manuel. Sorry to hear the meggings didn't fit you well. Our metallic range is a slightly longer fit to ensure comfort as it protects against "butt pull" when bending. We used to stock XS size, however there was very little demand for this size when we did and most people preferred the Small. Thank you for trying Kapow.

“Must have a huge marketing budget! Early experience not so good - the blue metallic meggings got stains which were impossible to wash out. So they had to be discarded. Pity - they were expensive but good quality.”
