“Patrol gf124 Ben Arrived bang on time diagnosed within minutes new battery fitted started car explained that the warning lights on dashboard would go out when driven very good experience Ben is a definite asset thanks”

“The whole service from start to finish was excellent. Patrol GF108 did everything from the phone call to the wheel change to the paper work and warnings about the spare extremely competently and with a very pleasant manner. Thank you.”

“Kavanagh rescue were appointed to me by Green Flag for a home call. I was impressed with the service, I was told there would be a wait due to a heavy work load and was kept informed as to when help would arrive. Mechanic David KO36 was very efficient polite and informative as to the problem, which was dealt with promptly. I would recommend the service received, Thankyou.”

“Terminal engine breakdown. KR238 turned up on time, updates were accurate and he was brilliant getting my car loaded, taken home and unloaded. Great customer service thank you Keith KR238. Only reason not 5 Stars as 14 months ago with the same car I had an appalling service being made to wait 7 hours in a day then having to abandon the car to go home and return for the recovery the following day. Updates given were false and had to call to chase to get these. That was not the above driver.”

“I was due to be rescued at 11.30pm which was an hour wait. It was moved to 12- 12.30. No show so chased and moved to 1.45. No show so chased and told by 2.15am, still waiting at 2.10........Use another company”

“Got puncture, needed wheel removing as wheel nuts were rusted solid. Warren turned up far quicker than I was expecting (was rush hour so expected lengthy delay) and changed my wheel in very quick time. Excellent service, very impressed.”

“Arrived on behalf of Green Flag Rescue very promptly in fact ahead of time, Ash was very polite and courteous and fitted my spare wheel quickly ready for me to take my damaged wheel to the tyre shop. Excellent prompt service, with many thanks Angie”

“Called green flag for a tow to garage, as night before green flag mechanic said battery flat and poss camshaft trouble, so phoned again, Jason K029 arrived earlier than estimated, told him what green flag man the day before had said, he was skeptical and thoroughly looked over my car, checking everything he thought it could be. He couldn't get it going so towed me to the garage. He was very curtius and professional.”

“Well done SO39. Very helpful man. Via green flag breakdown service. After tyre burst (I failed to miss a massive pothole), he loaded car very carefully on to the tow truck (it has a low bumper) and got me to SET tyres on a busy Saturday morning, no problem. Polite and helpful. J”

“We were generally pleased with the recovery of our vehicle after a puncture on 28th February. However, we do feel that instead of being given a time that was clearly impossible on the night we should have been given a genuine estimate for our recovery so that we could deal with it. Because of this it meant that we stayed nearly two extra hours in the cold, dark and windy night when we could have arranged to be taken home immediately. We are senior citizens. However we were impressed by the mechanic John gf107 who assisted us on Saturday 29th February.”
