“We had a Battery replacement on the 18th July 2018 the battery was replaced promptly however its now needing replacement again just 2 years later and Green flag are wanting the original receipt even though they have had dozens problems with Batteries supplied by Kavanaugh around this time....”

“I was due to be rescued at 11.30pm which was an hour wait. It was moved to 12- 12.30. No show so chased and moved to 1.45. No show so chased and told by 2.15am, still waiting at 2.10........Use another company”

“Your breakdown lorries keep using spiny lane in aylesham where your depot is this lane is a 6’6. This morning at 5.08am I met one of your lorries on the way to work on the corner in the lane and lost a wing mirror. This is not the first time I have met one of your lorries in this lane. I will be reporting this as your lorry has cost me money now”

“Absolute disgusting service my moped was stolen and the police told me they would call me when they find it but they got it recovered instead and kavanagh want £150 release fee plus £10 each day disgusting considering it was stolen”

“One of their drivers ran a red light at a busy Battersea junction nearly crushing my wife and five year old son as they crossed on the green pedestrian crossing. I wrote to the owner, a Mr Kieron Kavanagh, who never bothered to reply and his operations manager told me, " he doesn't bother with things like this: I deal with them" rather as if he was the CE of a FTSE company than some car recovery company. I reported the matter to the police who are now looking for surveillance camera coverage. The old adage, ' a fish rots from the head' seems appropriate here. Awful people!”

“Called Greenflag for recovery and get passed to this group. 1st time given is 13;16, get a call at this time to be told well be another 30 minutes. 1:40 comes, I get another call saying we'll be 30 minutes. 2pm comes, I get another call we'll be another 30 minutes. ETA and phone service is terrible. Would not use again. No responsibility taken, explanation given or customer care. At this rate I could have walked to the local shops, got jump leads and been home for over an hour. Instead of being palmed off by continual 30 minute delays. Why not say you can't do the job so another company can take it, shocking service.”

“my partner works for this company, regularly doing 18 to 19 hour shifts, never see him, and he had to avoid a truck which would have been a head on, still waiting for the bill for damage to rear tail bar because he had to go into a ditch to avoid,because, strangely, they seem to have no insurance! if they do, they do not claim and pass everything onto the driver, advice......never work for this company, and you people that get rescued by these poor drivers do not know half the story they are going through!!!!!!!”

“Worked for kavanaugh for 8 mths. Terrible communications between base and drivers...never replied to messages or communications leaving drivers frustrated and alone. Equipment level is stupid and restocking vans with necessary equipment very hit and miss. Upon leaving company had over £1000 stopped from wages and allegedly held for training purposes and sundry items "missing" from van. Please....anybody thinking of working for this company....think again!!....”

“I have just waited for two and a half hours for someone to come and tow my car home after an accident on a major road. Not a happy bunny as just wanted to get home. If it wasn't for your operative Ashley Laker I would have cancelled my membership with Green Flag asap. This is the second time I have had to wait over two hours for assistance and being a female on my own, I do not think this is acceptable.”

“Without the overworked drivers who are polite n helpful.. This Kavanaugh motors company is a total joke. and the staff higher up are rude in educated, selfish dickheads. forcing mechanic to lie on the fault to save themselves changing a battery I bought off them.”
