“Terminal engine breakdown. KR238 turned up on time, updates were accurate and he was brilliant getting my car loaded, taken home and unloaded. Great customer service thank you Keith KR238. Only reason not 5 Stars as 14 months ago with the same car I had an appalling service being made to wait 7 hours in a day then having to abandon the car to go home and return for the recovery the following day. Updates given were false and had to call to chase to get these. That was not the above driver.”

“We were generally pleased with the recovery of our vehicle after a puncture on 28th February. However, we do feel that instead of being given a time that was clearly impossible on the night we should have been given a genuine estimate for our recovery so that we could deal with it. Because of this it meant that we stayed nearly two extra hours in the cold, dark and windy night when we could have arranged to be taken home immediately. We are senior citizens. However we were impressed by the mechanic John gf107 who assisted us on Saturday 29th February.”

“Car broke down rescued by Kavanagh . The technician telephoned twice to say he was on the way. Andrew (K031) arrived and straight away saw what the problem was. It could not be solved where I was parked so he towed me home as my mechanic shuts at midday at weekends. He was helpful,patient,competent and very well mannered. Excellent service.My vote 10/10.”

“Efficient break down company, this was a car alarm problem at my address, sent text to say driver on his way, this was only one hour after contacting them, then driver text & informed me of arrival time. Although unable to disable the alarm he was able to stop it so the car could be driven to the appropriate garage. Very polite and efficient. Driver was Paul K504”

“We had a problem unlocking our Nissan Micra. Kavanagh firstly tried to offer advice over the phone, which eventually worked. They had suggested a flat battery might be the basic problem & this proved to be correct. Kavanagh then said they would send someone to us, but that this would take some time, as they were very busy. Eventually, it took 5 hours for a mechanic to arrive, but Kavanagh regularly updated us by phone. When Oliver arrived, he immediately proved to be very helpful & informative. He tested the battery, which he said needed to be replaced & he explained why. Fortunately, he had a suitable battery in his van, which he fitted for us. The cost was the same as Halfords would have charged. We were very satisfied with Oliver.”

“Our Toyota hybrid estate fully packed up for our holiday developed a 12volt battery problem which locked the tailgate, unable to start the car. Disaster. Had to wait 2.5 hours for the mechanic to arrive however he was extremely helpful and courtesy. After a check of the lower volt circuits, a booster charge and road test we were soon on our way. Thank you EN61N.”
