“called Green Flag at 08:05 ... they said within 15-20mins Kavanagh Motors will call with an estimate ... Kavanagh Motors called at 08:31 that they will be with me within 45mins ....."Steve-GF128" called me at 08:55 that he will be with me in 30mins ... time of arrival 09:11 time job completed 09:30 couldn't be happier .... 10/10”

“Paul K504 came to my rescue this evening when my clutch failed in the middle of rush hour in Faversham. Having had an extremely long and busy day at work, and with a car full of shopping, I was upset, angry and feeling useless! Fortunately two helpful police officers helped me move to a safe place where I prepared for a two hour wait. Twenty minutes later Paul called to say he was 20 minutes away and less than 18 mins later he arrived. He was so calm, knowledgeable and patient with me and identified the problem within seconds. Although not able to fix roadside he set about preparing to take me home. He was so efficient, did everything completely by the book and explained at each stage what he was doing. We had a lovely chat on the way home and it’s quite clear that he loves his job and is motivated by helping people out and solving problems. He is a credit to both Kavanagh Rescue, and Direct Line. Some heroes don’t wear capes! CN, Godmersham, Kent”
