“Patrol man Darren collected my car and took it to my designated garage for repairs. He was most professional, friendly and helpful. He seems like a great asset to the company - shame not all recovery drivers ain't like him!”

“Through Green Flag I arranged for my car to be picked up by Kavanagh and taken to a garage to fix a clutch problem. Andy GF108 arrived exactly when he said he would, he fixed the problem at the roadside and helped me to jockey two cars home from there. He couldn't have been more helpful.”

“David Aylett was most helpful, he spoke with authority and knowledge and was helpful in telling me how to proceed with correcting my car malfunction. He contacted me by phone in advance to give me an ETA, which was pretty accurate. Very professional, thank you!”

“We messaged Green Flag via my phone app and Richard from Kavanagh was sent to help us out. I was able to track him on the app and he called when he was about 20 mins away. He was very polite and checked our car out completely doing BMW checks. He could find nothing coming up from the instrument checker so took the car for a drive and confirmed that the turbo had gone. Very nice guy to deal with. Thank you.”

“I was helped with my burst tyre by James Moss .. I think that’s his name.. recharged my battery & took my wheel off & took me to get another wheel.. fitted new wheel & waited until I got going again.. Thankyou soo much James”

“Broke down on the M25. Paul from Green Flag turned up 20 minutes before his estimated time of arrival and around 40 minutes after breaking down. Brilliant service, Paul was fast and efficient determining the issue and towed me back to my house. Paul is a great guy and a real asset to the company. Couldnt fault the service at all. Cheers Paul and Green Flag, will be recommending the service to others!”

“Today I flew home from New York as cabin crew and went to my car after working a night flight and very tired to a flat battery and couldn’t gain access to my car. I rang green flag and the driver was with me so quickly! I was updated regularly and he came even earlier than I was told which was amazing. Apart from being courteous and took into account how tired I was immediately dealt with the problem efficiently and quickly. A hero given the situation... his name C Postha GF 127...our crew car park was not easy to find..Heathrow Airport is a maze...on the phone I stayed with him whilst he patiently found me.”
