“Made online order for bed linen from this store. The duvet cover was completely covered in pellets after a couple of washes. The washing was done according to the instructions on the label. I contacted the manufacturer and received a reply that this is not a problem and they suggest going through the machine to remove the pellets after each wash. Horrible. Absolutely not what you expect from a duvet cover that costs 230 euros.”
“Shirt is way too big and boxy not how I prefer my T-shirts. I’ve attempted for 2 days now for a o reach customer service in regards to getting a return label. No one answers the phones, you have to leave a voicemail, and send a email and still wait days to get good customer service. I will never purchase another item from this site let alone this brand again”
“DO NOT BUY FROM KENZO!!! worst experience ever!!! customer service is just suck!!! They wanted my photo ID for purchase, but they canceled my order without reason!!! I just wasted my whole 10 days for nothing!!! payment is still pending!!! they threatened me like a garbage!!! “The customer service is terrible! No one answered the phone or provided real help. I sent an email requesting customer service to apply a promotional coupon (6/16 - 6/20/21) that failed to add after I checked out. I was told that the promotion was inactive when I placed my order on 6/16! They refused to cancel my order and was told the items were already shipped to USPS, which was a blatant lie since the order had no tracking or other updates available.”
“My jumper ripped when I put it over my head, like I would any normal jumper, and after taking to the store I purchased it from who contacted Kenzo head office in Paris they did nothing! Put it down to being ‘mishandled’ which is ridiculous because not even a £10 jumper would rip by putting it on. They contradicted themselves completely by saying it was ‘high quality’ material, clearly when it ripped so easily!”
