“Shirt is way too big and boxy not how I prefer my T-shirts. I’ve attempted for 2 days now for a o reach customer service in regards to getting a return label. No one answers the phones, you have to leave a voicemail, and send a email and still wait days to get good customer service. I will never purchase another item from this site let alone this brand again”

I just wasted my whole 10 days for nothing!!! payment is still pending!!! they threatened me like a garbage!!! “The customer service is terrible! No one answered the phone or provided real help. I sent an email requesting customer service to apply a promotional coupon (6/16 - 6/20/21) that failed to add after I checked out. I was told that the promotion was inactive when I placed my order on 6/16! They refused to cancel my order and was told the items were already shipped to USPS, which was a blatant lie since the order had no tracking or other updates available.”
“My jumper ripped when I put it over my head, like I would any normal jumper, and after taking to the store I purchased it from who contacted Kenzo head office in Paris they did nothing! Put it down to being ‘mishandled’ which is ridiculous because not even a £10 jumper would rip by putting it on. They contradicted themselves completely by saying it was ‘high quality’ material, clearly when it ripped so easily!”
