“After an issue with the online order confirmation that has been sorted out next day I am very happy with the product that had been delivered earlier as expected. Thank you. Will buy some more lights soon and will definitely consider buying again. Stephan”

“A very efficient and customer friendly service. What I bought was larger than I had envisaged and so J had to return it. The help I received over the phone was very courteous and I am grateful for that. Aside from that please let me know that you have received the goods returned in good order and advise me as regards the refund. Thank you.”

“Great range of lighting available. KES were quick to respond to the order to let me know that one of the items ordered were 'out of stock', but gave a clear indication of when the full order would be delivered. True to their word, the goods were dispatched and delivered when they had indicated. They then followed up to confirm that the order had been delivered. Excellent service.”
