“Light arrived safely but I had to make several calls to try and establish when it would be delivered.Dont know if the problem was with it being directly dispatched from the manufacturer and not KES.No issues with KES staff when I called”

“I bought 2 Hinkley lamps from KES at different times and received excellent service. Like many customers, I am no lamp expert, but knew roughly what I wanted. A bit of cross checking and looking at page after page of lamps I found just what I wanted and the results did not disappoint. The Hinkley lamps were superb. They were well packed and delivered promptly with no fuss. I also asked a question and received a virtually instant response. I would buy again from this seller.”

“The light is a monster. I didn’t expect the 9 light to be so heavy and enormous. It absolutely overwhelms the room so I am unable to use the light. It was a complete waste of money.”
