“Unfortunately the shade was not the correct size and the seam was not sealed on one side. Fortunate KES credited me with the full price as it was damaged goods. Maybe the dept who checks the goods before sending would stop damaged goods being sent. Thank you”

“Assistance via ‘chat’ when considering purchasing was very helpful. Timescale for delivery was excellent as was tracking facility. The only problems were around the marrying up of the light body into the ceiling fitment part of the bar lightthe light as the slats an screws are ever so slightly out of alignment. The other difficulty with both light fixtures was affixing the shades using the tool provided which was again a poor fit.”

“Lights look wonderful but electricians installing it found the transformer to be faulty. I didn’t want to have to wrap it up and take it to the PO. Nor did I want to have to pay to have it returned so had to buy a new transformer. Lights are now up and running. I shouldn’t have had all that bother. The lights should have been tested first”

“Fantastic high quality products matched by exemplary customer services. I was looking for very specific lights for my bathroom which not only did I find at Kes but they expedited the delivery when they were needed earlier than expected. Highly recommend”
