“Great communication, the Diyas chandelier arrived really quick within a few days. Looks stunning very similar to the photos, everyone asks me where I bought it. Was apprehensive about buying from an unknown shop, but glad I did as they were reliable and available for questions before and after I purchased. Thank you.”

“Customer service first class. Donna & Phil were so helpful to ensure I got exactly what I had envisioned with correct bulbs to complete order. Despatch very prompt & lights arrived wrapped like a baby. Highly recommend & will def purchase here again.”

“Shipping fast and secure to Germany. Paypal payment not possible but bank transfer was also ok. No vouchers accepted for ASTRO lights, but still very nice prices.”

“Item fine but delivery was slow, as took a month to receive item. Comms was poor - called and emailed multiple times after the delivery timescale passed and there was still no sign of the item and was promised call backs and replies but always had to chase again.”

“The lights look beautiful bit there were a few issues, I wouldn't expect when paying premium prices. 1. I paid the money to receive an email which suggested that they will consider confirming the order(after merrily accepting the payment) but that issue was sorted quickly by an email. They may want to review the automatic email language which gives a negative message. 2. The wiring connections are really cheap. It should be like a shoe where you just put the shoe on the ceiling and when you are installing the lights, you connect the shoe and carry on. Lights from Next have it. 3. They should really come as assembled. Its really annoying putting all the pieces together. Took me a long time. So Looks 5/5 Quality/assembly/email 3/5 Overall score of 4/5 Will I buy from them again: YES”

“I ordered 3x chandeliers, order value £900 approx, paid in full online on the 25th of August. On the 26th I received an email from customer services saying no stock available until sept 15th. 15th came, no contact so I chased this up and Was then told no stock available until end of Oct 2020! Cancelled my order and am awaiting a refund. Sorry, but to take full Payment knowing there is not stock available is just plain wrong. Very disappointing indeed as I had spent ages researching and choosing these chandeliers. 🙁”
