“Beautiful pendant, modern and lovely shape. Well worth the money and hangs lovely. The large is a big size and would be beautiful on a really high landing. Many thanks”

“Although very lovely lights we found putting them together very intricate. We have advised you several weeks ago that an eyelet on the table lamp was missing and have notified you of this but have secured the crystals with a small ring on a temporary basis. Also one of the eight bulbs was in half and cannot be used. Photos of both faults have been sent to Shane at your company but we are awaiting remedial action on both faults. We would appreciate your dealing with both these matters at your earliest convenience.”

“I’m very happy with the light I received, however I did not receive the light bulbs which were advertised as included on the website. Two emails later to KES and they still haven’t arrived....”

“Unfortunately the light fitting did not arrive after the requisite 7-10 working days so I contacted the company. They were very friendly and helpful and looked into the order which had not yet been dispatched - possibly due to COVID delays. The light fitting was then delivered within two days and is just as I’d hoped - good quality and makes a dramatic statement in the room.”

“I am very pleased with my new Cara Light fitting. Delivery was faster than i imagined after i had problems with other lighting store who were nine days over due with my order so i cancelled. Other company on line wanted £183.48 where Kes Lighting wanted £155 a huge difference in price. I recommend this company and will be returning if i need anymore lighting.”
