“Excellent customer service! Ordered 2 crystal lights. My delivery arrived direct from the supplier. One arrived in perfect condition, the other was damaged. KES kept on the case for me to get a replacement rather than me having to repair as the supplier wanted me to do.”

“KES lighting are efficient and extremely helpful if you need to contact them to re arrange delivery dates etc - I would most definitely use them again for the customer service and contact ability. Also the light fitting we received is an absolute beauty !”
