“A very efficient and customer friendly service. What I bought was larger than I had envisaged and so J had to return it. The help I received over the phone was very courteous and I am grateful for that. Aside from that please let me know that you have received the goods returned in good order and advise me as regards the refund. Thank you.”

“After trying to order a specific lighting fixture elsewhere twice (it broke in transit both times), I was delighted to find that third time - the first time I've bought from Kes Lighting - proved the charm due to exceptionally good packaging. Very quick and easy purchase online, will use again.”

“Great range of lighting available. KES were quick to respond to the order to let me know that one of the items ordered were 'out of stock', but gave a clear indication of when the full order would be delivered. True to their word, the goods were dispatched and delivered when they had indicated. They then followed up to confirm that the order had been delivered. Excellent service.”
