“Never used them befor but I would definitely recommend them good service and they rang me to see if i was happy with their service ,not many companies will do that so yes I would give then full marks”

“The items I ordered were delivered very quickly (within a few days); one had a slight problem in that a part wasn't fitting properly - I phoned KES and they sent out a new part - again very quick delivery.......the price of items was very competitive too ! I would definitely buy from KES again in the future.”

“Great customer service. I ordered 2 x centre ceiling lights and 2 x wall lights. The wall lights were out of stock but I was kept informed regarding delivery. Any queries were answered promptly. Well packaged. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Kes Lighting for my wonderful lights, they really make the room look amazing.”

“Super communication and customer service prior to delivery. Once I recieved my order I had a lovely email thanking me for my business and they hoped I was happy with my order and to get intouch if there was any problems. The lights were fantastic! Securely and well packed, the delivery was free and prompt. Would whole heartedly and highly recommend ordering from KES lighting. It's truely refreshing to deal with a company who cares about it's customers. Thank you x”
