“People working at KES are so helpful and friendly and Anne in particular is incredibly knowledgable about all their products. Nothing seems too much trouble for them even if you only want a couple of bulbs! Highly recommended.”

“I ordered a schonbek light from kes lighting, I had many questions to ask as this light has many variations regarding finishes.Lauren answered all of my questions through emails and by phone promptly.The customer service I had was fantastic especially because there was an error made with the price but Lauren without me saying one word said kes lighting would honour the price they had originally given me which was quite a difference.My light is on order I haven't received it yet.”

“Lights we chose were much cheaper than identical ones in well known lighting store. Excellent advice from customer service and prompt delivery means I will use KES again and would be glad to recommend them to friends and family.”

“Very fast efficient delivery, beautiful light, very well packaged. My room is not finished yet, so light isn’t up. But I’m sure it will be perfect. Could have got it a little cheaper, but decided to go with Kes, very glad I did.”

“I traveled to the store to see the light that I had seen online. On arrival The store looked closed but fortunately for me it wasn’t and they were having a refurbishment. I had a look round and finally chatted with a lad called Reece who helped me with my order, took payment and arranged for delivery. Fast forward a few days and on opening up the box I noticed a damaged piece. I emailed Reece who then emailed me back to tell me he had spoken with the manufacturer who were sorting out a replacement. Well I received the new replacement a few days later and so I can honestly say this has been a really good experience, for a change, and someone , Reece, has turned an unfortunate delivery mishap into a great outcome. Thanks Reece 👍😬”

“Excellent service, lights arrived within 24 hours. Haven’t opened the boxes but they were so well packed I’m sure they will be fine. Will definitely use Kes Lighting again.”
