“I was informed immediately that delivery would be delayed and offered to cancel or continue with order. Lamp came very near time given. It was perfectly packaged.”

“Very helpful, product out of stock at time of ordering but we’re very informative and helpful. Product was a gift so at moment can’t comment on specific item. But would definitely order from Kes again”

“Really great, helpful, caring staff. I ordered my first light in October, and the other pair a couple of months later. Due to the COVID pandemic, lockdowns and then Brexit, they weren’t delivered until early February. I wasn’t too concerned, as I was kept informed of the reasons. It was very reassuring, especially as I had never used Kes Lighting before. Special thanks must go to Donna and Shane.”
