All outdoor furniture is way overpriced, especially single items, so would only buy in a sale of at least 50% off. Purchased Palma day bed which seems well put together and good quality. Delivery packaging is very good, so at least stuff arrives in the expected state.

Kettler responded well when something went wrong, replying to messages and sending a quite big spare part. The instructions could be improved. Two lengths of bolt are supplied but the instructions don't say which should go where. And the table legs have holes on one side only for fixing a crosspiece. Not mentioned in instructions. These holes need to face *inwards* so the next piece can be bolted on. (I did this wrong and had to reassemble.)

Cover fits perfectly. Would have given 5 Stars if the product was 100% correct as advertised. The cover came without the 'Draw string/toggle to secure cover' Kettler cusromer service were very good and kindly resent but unfortunately the same issue. I gave up and instead just placed a decorative stone on the table to hold the cover down during light winds. Please see photo attached where I have added a red arrow pointing to clear illustration the 'Draw string/toggle to secure cover', from the storage bag.

The ping pong table is great, but it is very hard to assemble. I think it would be wise for kettler to provide assembly services.

Good service - arrived as you would expect and packaged well. Not had Kettler before so will know if they wear well after a year or so.

Purchased outdoor table tennis table which was delivered more quickly than estimated. All of the components were present and correct and the quality appears to be good. The only complaint is that the assembly instructions were unclear in certain areas.

Disappointed at not being able to supply replacement armrests for Henley armchairs, due to rust problem. Despite the fact that the Henley range is still manufactured and the armrests are replaceable. Only able and willing to supply a bottle of touch up paint

The Kettler customer service was good in terms of response both by email for an initial enquiry and by phone for a delivery problem. The problem appeared to lie with the delivery company and a two-day delivery took over a week and was a particular inconvenience.

Kettler garden furniture is very good although the withdrawal of the 8 seater table is a retrograde step. My son and his wife had to purchase a John Lewes version instead. Touchup paint easy to order and delivered quickly. Not used yet.

Ordered a 3 m parasol with LED lights and a Bluetooth speaker and a tabletop patio heater. Both of them arrived extremely quickly but with scratches on but I didn't notice until they were all put together. Otherwise, they both worked extremely well and I'm very pleased with my purchases.

I found the people I spoke to by phone to be helpful and professional. However, the problem that I had - a faulty locking pin - took some time to resolve. As I pointed out, there appears to be a fault in the manufacturing process in that the internal depth of the sleeve holding the pin is not great enough to properly engage with the axle on the Henley sun lounger I had purchased. Another lounger that was sent had the same problem, and the issue was only resolved when I purchased separately a sleeve and locking pin from the Kettler website.
