“I purchased a new table tennis net to replace the previous one that, like our outdoor table tennis table has lasted nearly 25 years and is still played on regularly. Fast efficient service which had a new net to me almost overnight at no extra cost - amazing!!”

“I emailed Kettler's Customer Service when I realized that I wouldn't be home to sign for the delivery of my online purchase. I first received an acknowledgement of my message and then within 2 hours was sent an email saying that the package would go through the letterbox, so I wouldn't need to sign. Overall I am very satisfied with the courteous and efficient service.”

“Ordered a garden table & chairs. On arrival I was pleasantly surprised how well packed they were. All packed individually, even with tape at ends of the covering to stop them coming off. Once opened I was not disappointed with the product. All made & finished off well, with no damage. Once unpacked they were very comfortable to sit in & solidly made. The table legs were connected to the table with very little effort, although it is a 2 person job to make it easier. A call to Customer Services at Kettler to enquire about after care was dealt with by Liz in a friendly manner who gave good practical advice and also had a good knowledge of the product. I was thoroughly impressed with the product & help provided that a positive review was least that I could do.”

“The team were very good in finding the right worn part for my old Kettler go-kart and now my grand-children can play with it, which is making them happy. Dispatch was quick and I had no problems with anything. Thanks”
