Purchased a tenderflame lily10 for a christmas gift. It is unsafe to use due to the centre of it jumping when burning. I have been in contact 4 times since christmas. And still waiting for a response with regards to returning for a refund. Very poor service

Incredibly disappointing that it is just a blanket no on delivery to Northern Ireland even though you stock many products in local suppliers

Super disappointed in both product delivered and after service - I ordered an Elba Kettler table in the Spring which was described as "teak" top. In just a few weeks the table weathered very poorly with chips, splinters and cracks in the wood. This was reported and it was rightly replaced FOC by the end of Summer. This was a fair resolution. Just a few months later, with normal seasonal weather, the "protective" paint has chipped away very badly - clearly not a weather proof finish and very a poor quality product. To fix it will require a full re-sanding and to be treated with a proper weather proof sealant requiring several hours of time and cost in materials. When reported we were essentially we were told "this is normal / as advertised" and therefore no compensation or refund. Have a look at the photos and you decide: Would you be happy to have paid £1,399 for this table delivered new just a few months ago?

Terrible product and terrible customer service. Bought the Elba table and the surface started to crack and peel off after 3months during the perfect summer weather even as I had followed the care instructions. Kettler don’t consider the “peeling” as a default so been refused a refund. Appalling. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

My experience with this broker was incredibly distressing. They held my funds for an extended period, causing significant anxiety and frustration. I felt powerless as my attempts to withdraw my money were consistently blocked. The stress of not knowing if I would ever see my capital back again weighed heavily on me. Thankfully, Mrs. Linda Smith and her teams stepped in and provided the support I desperately needed. Their team was instrumental in navigating the complexities of my situation, ultimately helping me retrieve my funds. Generally like Kettler products but this particular product, cover for settee set, is too tight and over time the angled corners of the settee rip through the fabric

I can say that the customer service I received was appalling. My order date was 13 August, and was advised the delivery would be with me on 2 September. It didnt arrive, I contacted Kettler who said it would be with me on 2 September. It didn't arrive. Spoke again to Kettler, they said the new delivery date would be 5 September... it didn't arrive. Spoke again and told them I was away on holiday from 7 September so would need to be delivered on my return. Eventually arrived on 16 September, five weeks after Kettler had taken my money and received my order. As my order only came from Redditch, (not China) it was an unacceptable farce from start to finish.

Lamp arrived broken and wonky - and in the wrong colour way to what was ordered. Customer service was not great and requested a photo of the damage but then went cold. Not heard back from them , shame as we wanted to order 20 for our wedding venues garden

I’m saddened to say that I can’t share such a positive opinion of Kettler furniture as many others have had. We have a mesh six seater table and chairs, a four seater, twin set and a bench. All of these have rusted very quickly tarnished/rusted. Most were purchased in 2020. Kettler did replace some of these pieces whilst they were within warranty but the advice we have been given now has been to remove all the rust with a wire brush, clean, treat and repaint all of the above items. I would like to say that my experience with customer service department has always been a good one. They have been very quick to respond even if the reply, for me at this time has been a disappointing one.

Ordered a Charlbury lounge set and a Charlbury corner set at a total cost of £2500. The corner set is supplied with two clips to hold the seats together yet it requires three. When I contacted customer service, I was told that there were none in stock until January and I would need to pay for the item when available. Customer service ? What a joke. Try supplying the set with the required number of clips in the first place.

Really disappointing. We ordered a parasol in the sale which arrived without a base. In the small print under details (so not clear at all) it states that the base isn’t included. When we tried to order the base it was unavailable and would not be in stock again rendering the parasol useless. Why sell the parasol if the base to match isn’t available?

I enquired about replacement cushions in January this year for our Kettler garden furniture. The response was yes we can supply and an order was placed to provide these in February or March. I chased this up near to that time and was told that there was a delay and they would be supplied in mid may, again I chased near to that time and was told that would be in stock in July. I chased again yesterday with their sales team, only to be told that it it would now be the end of year. To get this wrong once is understandable, to get it wrong so many times is totally unacceptable.
