The after sales team were very polite, helpful and professional. My garden chairs had to be replaced but there was no problem with this. Everything from the first phone call to Kettler and the delivery of new chairs and collection of the old was done quickly and I was kept informed at all times when delivery was to take place. I feel Kettler give exceptional service.

Our warranty claim was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. All the staff we came into contact with either by telephone or email couldn’t have been more helpful or courteous. We would have no hesitation in purchasing from Kettler again in the future. It is good to know that there are still companies out there who believe in customer care. Thank you

I had a problem with a metal chair, I had bought, as a set, almost 5 years ago. Kettler came back to me straight away to resolve this. Unfortunately, they didn’t make that set anymore so let me chose an alternative. They delivered on a day of my choosing. I now have four new chairs. Excellent customer service, thank you.

Kettler after sales service has been excellent in replacing furniture that has exhibited rust during their warranty period, hopefully they have now resolved the manufacturing problem which has caused this ongoing issue.

We have unfortunately experienced problems of rusting with not one, but two sets of garden chairs. However Kettler have exchanged both faulty sets for free. Hopefully the third set will outlast their 5 years guarantee

We had a problem with one of our recently purchased patio chairs. I rang about this and the person at the other end of the phone could not have been more helpful. The chair was replaced within a week. First class service.

No quibble acceptance of warranty claim by Nikki. Replacement chairs delivered to holiday home and old chairs removed on schedule. Hope the new ones last a lot longer!
