“Ordered a product that unfortunately had a crack. Sent pictures that night and had a reply first thing the next morning to say the product would be replaced. The item was returned and replaced with no problems within 4 days - excellent service”

“We've found Kettler products to be excellent. We now have a 6 seater table and chairs a 4 seater table and chairs and a wicker sofa so all the family can sit outside comfortably when they are all here in the summer. The covers are strong and durable.”

“The Black Friday deal was excellent on a Kettler Right Hand Palma set and table. We ordered on the website which was easy to navigate and ordered the product. We were given a delivery day very quickly and the courier turned up on the day within a 2 hour time slot. The delivery drivers were extremely helpful and took the item into the back garden. The product is excellent and of a high quality. We have covered them up for the winter with the Kettler covers which again are of a high quality and fit well. All in all a great shopping experience.”

“Abi at Kettler was very efficient and professional when dealing with our order for garden furniture. She was extremely helpful in resolving a query regarding the product and followed up with an email to let us know the outcome. Delivery details were arranged very quickly following payment and I have to say that the delivery team was also excellent. Overall, we are delighted with our experience at Kettler and very happy with the purchase.”
