Absolute scam, avoid this company like the plague, extremely intimidating to my poor daughter, put her under duress and made her pay £800 to replace a £200 lock mechanism. The locksmith (gangster) charged £150 call out +£420 for barrel +£49 labour + £49 out of hours charge plus VAT. He didn't even fit the correct barrel. Will be reporting this to the Police, the card company and Trading Standards.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ALSO GO THROUGH 24H LOCKSMITH LTD 158 UXBRIDGE ROAD They told us through the phone it would cost £50 to come and let us in. Arriving here the guy charged us £350 to drill the lock and change the locker. One week after the locker broke, we contact the company and were told that in 20-25 minutes the guy would be here. 40 minutes later, then when he supposed to be here asked for another 30. I called the business several times asking them to send me the first person available as I was locked outside my house. My friend called the business asking for someone as it was a different address and in 15 min the guy was here. The guy (I think his name was Alex) was EXTREMELY rude, aggressive and disrespectful, making us uncomfortable in our own place.

Firstly - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If only I had been able to read the reviews first, but in a desperate situation after my self-locking door closed behind me with keys and phone inside, a neighbor called them on my behalf after they were the first company to come up on Google. Quoted a very reasonable price on the phone, no mention of all the 'extra' labour fees, cost of materials was excessive. What was quoted to be around £80 on the phone ended up being £715!! What are you able to do when you're stuck in a vulnerable position and someone has just drilled through your lock? Difficult to argue, especially as a woman alone. There are plenty of good locksmiths in London, but this company is not one of them.

Absolutley avoid at all costs, quoted £240 max for a lock to be changed for front door or £99 for a side door, went with the side door and he wrote me up and bill for £501 absolutley disgusting.

Shocking company. Total scam. Their pricing is dodgy with a charge or near on £700 for replacing a lock mechanism on a upvc door. Everyone at the company you speak with gives you a completely different story. Their company name is impossible to fully trace at companies house as they have variable names in different places. DO NOT USE or trust.

Every single bad review on this page is TRUE. I have also been ripped off by this company. Charged over £ 400 to change a lock costing about £ 25. Will report them to the police, they should be closed down.

TLDR - quote a low price, then will hit you with a ridiculous price when your door is open and without a lock so you have no option but to pay. DO NOT USE! Absolute scam. Locled out so needed a locksmith. Quoted one price on the phone (£59+ vat). This price instantly increased when the locksmith arrived (£150). Then only when the lock barrel was removed leaving me with no option but to pay whatever he demanded he quoted the price for the barrel (£175). Total price was £411 and the locksmith refused to leave until the online invoice was paid. He knew there was a baby in the house so of course I paid under duress (thankfully on credit card so will be claiming back). The barrel itself was available online for £15 - so a markup of over 1000% for the £175 they charged me! Thankfully, the quote of £150 was captured on my video doorbell, so have already forwarded to trading standards and the police. If you have also been scammed by these criminals, please report and claim money back (if bought on credit card). Have tried to contact by email, not responsive enough. Do attempt to claim that their prices are more expensive as they are an emergency service, however I have since got quotes from other companies with none being higher than £150 and most saying they probably didn't even need to replace the barrel so could easily have been done for under £100.

Door slammed shut behind me and called keys 24 7. Was quoted £71 pounds and told 30 minute wait. Locksmith arrived 1 hour later and proceeded to state to break the lock and open the door would be £149 + VAT and a replacement lock would be £49. Called booking line who stated its down to locksmith to determine price denying they had quoted me £71. Locksmith became very aggressive and made myself and my daughters very uncomfortable. I explained I wanted to call another Locksmith for quoted at which point he stormed out. Rang another Locksmith who came out and used cardboard to open my door within 2 minutes for £80..Locksmith name was Ricky who was on a website called finsbury Park Locksmith. Very polite and friendly service and such good value. Keys 24 7 are CON artists

Fell for the same scam as everyone else. Locked outside my house, quoted £71 to get back in. Came and said he had to drill the locke. Ended up having to pay a total of over £400 for the replacement lock and service.

I was also scammed by this company at the weekend. I arrived home about 5am on a Sunday morning and realised I had lost my keys. Searched on Google and called a couple of places, these were the first to pick up. Just wanted to get in the flat and they said it would be no problem and they would be there in 15 mins. 30 minutes later there is no sign, get a call saying another 30 mins. At this point obviously I just wanted to be inside so decided to wait instead of calling someone else and waiting another 30 mins. He was very strange when he arrived, mumbling. Didn't make any attempt to pick the lock just said he needed to drill - no dicsussion on costs, I stupidly assumed it would be a standard call out fee similar to a plumber (£100/£150) then labour and maybe £60/£100 for the new lock. He drilled both locks then said "This is an expensive lock, are you ok to go ahead?" - obviously I had no choice now as he had already drilled both locks so agreed. He didn't say how much. When he finished he wrote it all up and it came to £1004.40!!!! Callout £89, Labour £379, New lock £369. I don't think the whole door even cost that to install. I felt like I had no choice but to pay. In hgindsight I feel very stupid and I should have researched or something but it was dark out, I was on my own with a girlfriend and we just wanted to get inside. I've emailed but haven't received a response yet. Reading these reviews I now know I've been taken advantage of. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Locksmith arrived and was very aggressive and smelt of alcohol. Needless to say he drove here too. He was asking for much more than was quoted. I have asked the company to report him to the police. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

This company is SCAMMER. Drilling the lock and putting a new one cost me £528. When I wanted to reach a compromise on this issue, they stated that they trust their locksmith. They have taken advantage of the fact that I am a foreigner and a student with no knowledge of the average and fair pricing for such a job. Please be aware of this company.

Avoid this company ! They charge £1,770 for non emergency day time opening of single jammed uPVC door and replacing one standard multi point lock on the same door. They also asked for upfront payment.

Please stay away from this company. They are already being investigated by Trading Standards and I will be adding to their list. They also have had fake positive reviews removed.

I was desperate and locked out of my property, in my desperation I called the first number that came up in google search, I would normally check the reviews but again out of desperation I didn’t. I was originally quoted £49, and thought that was right considering the door hadn’t double locked and just needed a tool to push the handle down from the other side of the door. When the guy arrived he looked at the door and looked at me and said that he would need to drill, my neighbours had all now gathered seeing what was going on, when the locksmith saw he had been rumbled, he then got the tool I had, he then tried to make it look like he was doing extra by fiddling around with it, the door opened immediately and he then said I owe them £121!! The caller had said to me that there would only be an additional charge if they had to drill, when I called them back and explained she was almost laughing. Please, please do not use this company, they’re scamming people out of their hard earned money and currently under criminal investigation. I have children and didn’t need this just before Christmas. When you talk to the help desk they seem to find it funny, please!! DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY!!
