"Spoke to Khyam by email as I needed real time confirmation of deliveries as I was leaving in 4 days for a campaign trip. Joe responded quickly with accurate delivery info. So I ordered\u2026\u2026\u2026 2 days later the Hexadome was on my door step! Just brilliant accurate info. Set the dome up with ease although could do with some instructions but I did watch the YouTube vid. Great experience so far!"

"We are absolutely thrilled with our Quick Erect Hexadome awning and the excellent customer service we have received. We pre ordered the awning package in February this year with an expected delivery date of May\/June. Due to problems with deliveries outside of their control ( Suez Canal hold up ) Khyam notified us the delivery would be delayed. We were kept up to date and although disappointed it did not arrive in time for a long trip away we managed to work around it by relatives delivering it to our destination and Khyam offering us a discount. \r\nThe awning was easy to erect although the written assembly instructions were missing. We were however able to download them from the internet. \r\nPart of the package was an LED lighting system which was missing. Khyam were very apologetic and dispatched it immediately to our holiday destination along with a copy of the instructions. \r\nWe have attached the awning to our Caravan so ended up ordering some Kador tape and using the figure of 8 rods supplied by Khyam to enable us to easily detach the awning. \r\nThe awning is just superb. So well made and very sturdy. It is attractive to look at and so light and spacious inside. We really like the 6 large window panels , all have fly screens and 3 of which have also have clear plastic. The roof also has additional fold down panels. There are 3 opening door panels including the one which we access the caravan. The canopies over each section ensure the awning panels stay dry and protected. \r\nI cannot praise the awning highly enough. It is just perfect. \r\nThe lighting system is superb too and provides us with lots of decent light in the evenings and it is great being able to control the colour etc with a dial. \r\nWould highly recommend this awning and Khyam !! "
