UPS have lost the Tent! I have been in contact with Sales but unfortunately now they are not even answering my emails! I have asked to speak with someone but only able to communicate via email which I really think is ridiculous! The tent I ordered is now out of stock, I have been offered a 21 model but I have to pay the difference at a 30% discount.....not very good customer service in my opinion.

Hi Wayne, sorry you haven't had a response - your last email was on Friday (today is Monday) and we aren't open on Fridays at the moment, we're trialling a 4 day working week - however I've been told you have been responded to today. I believe you have been in constant contact with us apart from our 3 day weekend. Obviously we're very sorry the tent went missing with UPS, unfortunately this is outside of our control, as is the fact the tents have now sold out, otherwise we'd have replaced it. I believe however UPS returned your tent to us and Joe has already arrange to get this sent back to you. We take all our reviews very seriously and will always do everything we can do to sort our customers out, I hope now with your replies from Joe today we have changed your view on our customer service now. I bought a 2021 Screendome Quick Pitch which is very good but realise that it is too big for me so i asked to return it back . I contacted Khyam and was told that it is not possible because i didn't keep the package it was delivered in and i erected the tent in my garden only once for 2 minutes ! I have to be honest & say that i didn't read the return policy before buying the tent Anyway , i am very disapointed with the response

The review is for the delivery and not the product. I ordered and paid for a tent in March for delivery in June, the tent arrived 2nd week of August. The communication from Khyam was not very good and no compensation was offered.

I ordered a Nimbus footprint groundsheet in early February. It didn't arrive until August! During this time I received a few incentive emails to get 10% off a £1,000 Khyam tent! You must be joking. Appalling service. I won't be buying kyham again!!!

Our order was delivered 6 weeks later than the order promise date, with very little comms and no gesture of good will. I have realised I’m still waiting for part of our order and now to top it off I have erected the awning whilst on our nc500 trip to discover the quick erect poles are incorrectly manufactured. All in all not a great experience.

Customer service is very terrible. I purchased a drive away awning which was supplied with damaged second hand poles. After being promised these poles would be replaced, I have heard nothing and all emails and social media request have been ignored/ deleted. Please don’t fall into the same trap I did and buy from this company. There is no phone support available and that says a lot about who you are dealing with.

Hi Andy, looking at your order details, I see that not only were you sent brand new poles, but we provided you with a free carpet, free LED light and free groundsheet as a gesture for the faulty poles and the delays caused. It’s quite upsetting to see you then leave a review like this after receiving £170 worth of free gear which you were extremely happy to accept as apology at the time

No instructions with the awning, seems very difficult to erect so contacted Khyam to ask for some instructions and didn’t get a reply. Looked on line and there is a pdf file which is useless.Not happy as I purchased this as on the website it states one person could erect this on there own, there is no way I could do it on my own.

Terrible. Paid for the item on a 2-3 day delivery. Item never arrived over a week later. Very poor communication with emails and facebook messages ignored for days until I wrote a public review of them on their facebook for everybody to see, within 5 minutes they had messaged me blaming covid and then blaming the cheap courier they use. If you havnt adapted your business to cope with the extra strain that's been put on us all then you shouldn't be trading until you can deliver what you promise. Still awaiting refund

Biker XL Really disappointed and will be requesting a refund. I purchased a 2020 Biker XL because two friends have 2019 models and rave about them. The 2020 update was advertised as an improvement on previous model, but it definitely is not in my case. The main bedroom area is difficult to erect with a lot of force having to be used to lock the bigger joint and the smaller joints would not lock easily. This may be my friends said because it’s new, however, on a long awaited and much anticipated trip, the porch area leaked Badly in several places; zip lines which should be protected by overlapping covers and in other areas. The zip covers do a great job of snagging the zips every few inches, causing more water ingress when the tent is wet but don’t appear to be able to protect the zips. This morning was a disaster, wet riding gear, water in my boots, wet everything!

The service was good, but I am disappointed with the Biker tent. I have used a Khyam tent for well over twenty years and it was perfect. It never leaked at all, never needed re proofing and took less than one minute to erect. So when I saw the biker tent I thought thats the one for me. It takes as long to put up as a conventional tent one of the loops for the roll up door is not attached both ends,the pole for the storage area has a week spot in it, but the biggest thing is the ground sheet is made from the same cloth as the tent. So you need to purchase a separate ground sheet, so the tent alone is not fit for use on its own. The guy ropes are so slipery they just slacken as you let go of them . I am really disappointed.

Terrible. Only one use and cannot use it again. Not sufficient instructions, equipment or standard. The windbreak was not up to job.
