I will never use this company again, over a month ago I placed my order, goods were said instock but no delivery, not told until I chased them. My money taken. Asked for my money back, over a week later no refund after asking luckily I paid using PayPal, I logged a dispute and PayPal made the refund NOT Kiddicare. Don't use this company.

Conclusion First: Awful experience, bad customer service and no regard for customers once they get your money. These people are truly awful. Pay more and get good after-sale service elsewhere. I bought a pushchair from them which developed a fault within weeks. Sent it for repair. They could not repair it and did not have a replacement either, so issued a credit note to buy from them again. I bought another pushchair straight away from them. This time there were two accessories missing from the pushchair. I emailed them straightaway. They accepted that the missing item should have been provided with the order. They ordered me the parts. Nothing happened in weeks. Emailed them again and someone else ordered them again. Nothing happened again for weeks. From now on, every time I emailed or phoned, they accepted there fault, apologised and ordered parts again and again but nothing ever materialized. On one occasion, one customer services agent wasted half an hour of my time on phone and was that ashamed of their awful service that promised to check the status of the order every second day and offered some kind of vouchers once the order was fulfilled. Nothing a happened again. Contacted them and asked for that particular agent only to be told that she was not working for them anymore. It is almost two months by this time. I finally requested to speak to a complaints team. Apparently, every customer services agent you speak to is part of the complaint department as well. Requested to speak to senior member or manager but obviously not available and will get back to me. This is what a got in the email from the one of the developing team leaders called Luke: “I sincerely apologise for the lack of communication and can assure you I have spoken to the agents involved. The agents that were dealing were fairly new and subsequently didn't know the product and what it contained. I can tell you that the color pack doesn't actually come with the items you have mentioned as per baby style and there website. This is were the communication broke down i can only apologise and i can now advise you i have ordered these items with spares as a gesture of goodwill down to the time delay.” I emailed him back to say that your agents accepted that the missing parts were part of the order, and your website still shows that they are accessories to be included in the box with the pushchair. Secondly, I do not take charity and not need goodwill gesture, only asking for what I have paid for. I requested them to take collect the rest of their pushchair and give me a full cash refund so that I can buy from somewhere else. Straight away agreed to give me refund and somehow a collection fee of £15 will be deducted. Told them why I would pay for collection fee resulting due to their incompetence. Waived the charges but only if I missed the collection then will have to pay. Fair enough. Collection was smooth. But the refund was not. The only refunded me the extra money that I had paid for the second pushchair from my card but not the credit note that resulted from the initial faulty pushchair order. I contacted them back and said that I have requested full CASH refund and had informed you that I will not be buying from you again. They told me that I will not get cash for the original purchase amount under no circumstances but only credit note. I explained to them that the credit note was of not use to me and that I have paid you by card originally and it was you have who issued the credit note in the first place. I requested to speak to Luke who originally agreed to refund but they would not let me speak to him. So I emailed him but got the same reply. They emailed me the credit note a week later which is setting there. I would not buy anything from them again. I am very disappointed overall. They wasted my time and resources plus their own resources. Lost one customer and will lose many with this kind of attitude. I spent more elsewhere and got what I wanted with respect.

Appalling customer service and appalling delivery firm, Hermes. I had to make 3 calls today to find out where my parcel was and was kept on hold for a total of 30 mins with no outcome at the end of it. Hermes texted on Saturday to say delivery would be made that day. It wasn't. Hermes texted me on Sunday to say delivery would be made that day. It wasn't. Apparently, the person turned up in a vehicle too small to collect the parcel from the depot. That because Hermes use couriers that drive tiny, clapped out hatchback cars in this area!!! Customer service were useless and just kept putting me on hold and didn't resolve anything. I shall simply go into the store (an hours drive away) in Peterborough and voice my problems regarding this order in person. They do not care one jot about the customer and you are treated with utter disrespect. I will NEVER, EVER use this company again and would NEVER, EVER recommend them

ordered 2 children's Matresses on Tuesday for Wednesday didn't turn up. Now Saturday and no sign. No contact from them. Customer services have no idea where they are or if the are going to get here. I had a similar experience with Worldstors who own Kiddicare so avoid them as well.

Disgusting service. Ordered a trampoline on next day service. Promised delivery every day for 4 days, resulting in 4 days at home. Wouldn't provide managements details to discuss. False info given to me. Trading standards and watchdog contacted to resolve the issue in the end after reading HUNDREDS of complaints against this company. If you are thinking of ordering from Kiddicare, Google them first!

Horrendous customer service. Still not fixed the broken pushchair we bought of them and now their not bothering to reply to our emails. Avoid like the plague!!!

Ordered some stuff for my friend off kiddicare as they specified free next day delivery. Early the following day I was going to my pregnant friends house in Scotland. Got a text basically saying it wouldn't be delivered the next day so called to cancel the order as I wont be seeing her again before the baby arrives. 3 times now I have been told that a refund has been processed and will be 3-5 working days but has it f***, now it has been so long I do not have enough money to pay my mortgage and will incur bank charges. I hate kiddicare with a vengeance, even down to that stupid music you get while on hold and the stupid person who keeps saying they are getting a lot of queries (its because they are crap) and the 3 LIARS who said my refund had been passed to the accounts dept when it hadn't. Now have to go into my bank and report them to get a refund. DO NOT BUY THROUGH KIDDICARE

I purchased a high chair when my grandson was 9 months old before the chair was a year old it had split I sent an email to kiddicare and never heard from them again, so I will never shop with them again,there are more reliable firms out there that want to please their customers

I agree with the majority of other users - this lot are at best extremely incompetent at worst a scam with no intention of fulfilling their orders! Ordered a steriliser kit with next day delivery -did not arrive, no response to emails, money taken from account, no way of contacting them. Luckily got my bank to refund the money straightaway. This company now have the audacity to keep emailing me with special offers!!! Absolute joke - avoid like the plague and warn others so that they can be forced out of business.

Shocking service!! I ordered two car seats and after being messed about with delivery I only received one! Customer service is none existent with this company almost a week the matter still isn't resolved. Kiddiecare have accepted this is there issue yet still say I need to wait another five days for delivery however they haven't processed the order yet! Appareantly can't do next day delivery although they offer this for this product online and that's how my original delivery came which this should of been on! Absolute joke of a company keep away from them!

These guys seem to never do what they represent. Incompetent at best, fraudulent at worst. They never answer their phone and you end up with call charges that potentially exceed the value of the initial order . . .

Ansolutly rubbish. Placed order typing in address etc all detail just to be told that INVERNESS SCOTLAND was not mainland uk!!!! I have yet to embark on any journey to the rest of the uk with the need for a boat or plane! Since when is the highlands of scotland not the mainland of the uk?! Asked kiddicare and have had an automated responce which they then asked me to rate!? Just a joke and insulting there customer service is rubbish!

***poor customer service/still awaiting refund!*** I purchased a breast pump from you which was faulty, not really an issue as I'd expect to be able to return it. When I first emailed in(there is no phone number that works) so email it was, I was asked to either send in a photo or VIDEO of the fault, as I had mentioned in the previous email the fault only happened when in use therefore I found this reply absolutely disgusting there was no way I was sending in a video of the fault, anyway that being said after numerous emails later I had asked for a refund as I could not wait any longer for a new pump, as it was the only way I was feeding my little one breast milk! Following the email confirming I could have a refund you asked me to send details for you to collect the item, not a problem I sent everything over with a preferred collection date, one thing that did happen correctly was the item was actually collected on that date, but then I received an email to say that a parcel is out for delivery yep a new pump was delivered that day after clearly stating that I wanted a refund, Again trying to get through to you on the phone which were still not working It was back to the tedious emails, it took a few days for a reply which came back basically saying that this was all my fault. all I wanted to do was send back a faulty item for a refund why was this so hard! Well then came an email with only a link to how I send back the item I never asked for, which to my dismay I now had to pay for recorded delivery. Really not impressed about paying but now I'm glad I did pay for recorded as I can see that you have received the item, there has been no response to the fact that you have received it nor to my email asking how long it will take for you to refund me! Please could someone explain to me why this process has taken so long and when I will get my refund as you can appreciate with a new born this is really not something I want to waste my time on!!!

It's a shame I don't have the option to give no stars as I didn't want to even give one!! This shop is a joke don't order from them as if it comes damaged like mine they do not want to give you a refund. I sent back my items I payed for express tracked delivery and the item was signed for by kiddicare 2days later. After not hearing from them after a week I contacted kiddicare by email as they don't have a phone number to speak with them direct, which is convient for them. I was made out to be a liar and they had not received the item back and asked me for a copy of the receipt. Obviously hoping people send things back and unforchantly don't track the parcel so they can say they haven't received it. I fortunately had tracked my parcel when I sent a copy of the receipt over proving it had been signed for after two days I herd nothing back I emailed again 3 times and still nothing. I finally contacted pink lining at the world stores and spoke to accounts and the lady said she would get someone else to email me after 2days they did and finally 1 month later I received my refund. All I can say Is what a joke of a company order from someone else they arnt cheaper than other people so stay clear!!

Visited store in Peterborough as daughter expecting and the pram travel system stroller choice was fantastic. Purchased a Cosatto Giggle 2 fantastic print on travel system and many choices. The staff were fantastic and very helpful in explaining all about the workings of it and you could take away within 15 mins, so we went to the cafe and had Lovly hot chocolate and tea will definitely be returning in the near future

Awful buggy! I brought this buggy on offer for £99.99 and really wish I had spent the extra on a decent buggy. It is abit bulky but that's not a problem. The real problem is the wheels. The front wheels turn sideways and stick making it impossible for you to keep moving forwards and you have to go and turn the front wheels around to move again. It happens alot as well, every time you try and turn or when you stop and then start again it just well not move. I 100% would not recommend this product to anybody. If I could afford to I would scrap it and buy another. The bin is the best place for it.
