I ordered a sleep bag for my 2 year old granddaughter. It was considerably reduced in a sale, arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

I ordered a new pushchair and raincover through kiddicare then panicked after I read the reviews which for some reason I read after my purchase. Well I was absolutely amazed by the service I received from ordering to the delivery, I was informed throughout, even had confirmation once the items had been delivered, I received an hour slot which was in the morning and it was here at the beginning of that hour, so happy with the pushchair and rain cover (delivered separately within 10 minutes of each other) i personally would definitely use this company again and didn't receive any bad experience at all

Fantastic service. I ordered a baby gate and they said it would be 3 - 5 days delivery. Had an e-mail and text later in the day to say it would be delivered the next day and it was.

Visited store in Peterborough as daughter expecting and the pram travel system stroller choice was fantastic. Purchased a Cosatto Giggle 2 fantastic print on travel system and many choices. The staff were fantastic and very helpful in explaining all about the workings of it and you could take away within 15 mins, so we went to the cafe and had Lovly hot chocolate and tea will definitely be returning in the near future

I read reviews after I had placed my order & started to panic. There was no need. Ordered nipple pads, baby bottles & baby sleeping bags. All 3 packages arrived in good order and early.. so from me no complaints

Got my kiddicare mooch travel system trendy Teal.. Well the delivery service was excellent and the travel system is wonderful just a little tricky first setting up but it looks so much better than the picture very cheap but great product.

Paid for next day delivery only to get an email on day of delivery to say there will be a delay . See if it arrives tomorrow . Wish I had read other reviews

I recently purchased 3 items from kiddiecare, 2 maxi cosi car seats and an isofix base. After a few days wait I received 2 packages. The isofix base and the larger of the car seats. The car seat had be shipped in a cardboard box which was at least 2 inches too small and held shut with one piece of tape. Needless to say, in transit the piece of tape buckled as the car seat was sticking out of the box at either side, I'm surprised it even arrived. Anyways so I was looking for the invoice to see what was sent and why I only had 2 out of 3 packages. There was no invoice, either that or it had fallen out of the box. I contacted kiddiecare who advised me they were a paperless company and do not send invoices. Which was fine, however an email would have been nice to tell me my items had been dispatched, and the last would arrive in due course. I also sent them pictures of the package as I could not believe they would send an item out with packaging in that condition. There response was that this was a courier issue. I'm pretty certain the courier wasn't the one who used a box that was too small!! I tried to tell them this but they didn't appear interested. So I wait for the next package thinking that it can't be any worse...the baby car seat arrives and low and behold it is worse! The box is all ripped, there is again one piece of tape attempting to hold the box together! I couldn't believe the state it arrived in. Again, I was angry and again I contacted kiddiecare. They unsurprisingly stated that it was a courier issue. And again I sent photographs and attempted to explain that this is impossible because quite clearly it is them who package the items and the courier is clearly only providing a delivery service. My comments fell on deaf ears. For a company supplying child safety products, they have no concern as how these items arrive to the customer. And despite numerous emails they will avoid accepting blame and ownership of their mistakes. Very disappointed and will not use again!

I ordered my sterilliser set on 27th of November and paid for Saturday delivery. My package didn't come on the Saturday, I waited in all day ! I have emailed kiddiecare twice regarding this, and still have had no reply. I think I more them deserve a refund for my Saturday delivery which never happened. I've spoken to interlink who have apologised and advised to contact kiddiecare as they can claim it back, still no response I find this bad customer service!!

I ordered a pirate swing boat to be delivered for 5 yr old granddaughter on her birthday 15th Sept. Deliverers arrived at house, established someone was in, went to get item from transport and it wasn't there. Several e mails ignored except for automatic acknowledgement. No notice of when it would be delivered, 2 days later got text early morning saying item would be delivered in hour and half but could be up to 90 mins over that time. Another day taken off work at v short notice this time so turned out to be very expensive item and very disappointed little girl. Still no response to e mails or an apology.

This guy doesnt deserve 1 star. Ordered an item, 4 weeks wait, 4 weeks went and got an email for another four weeks. He allows you to order fake stock, takes your money and runs. Do not buy from here. If you see his stock on another site then its likely the other scandi websites are also his so do not buy. Hes probably minted too because of the thousands hes stealing and needs to be stopped!

scammers!! Ordered and paid for the Chico bed, never received it so requested a refund. Still chasing and have been since September 2019 that refund and have now lodged a CCJ against this company. Stay away!!
