We placed an order back in January and had to chase them twice before we received all our goods. We were told they were out of stock but we was not told this at the time of placing order. However in the grand scheme of problems we have had with them that is just small. Our major problem was regarding our pram. Our Jane Epic travel system which we have been using since April broke in June. The front wheel shook worse than a dodgy supermarket trolley, the whole thing squeaked as I pushed it and the brakes would not release until I wiggled the wheel. After numerous emails (I could never reach them by phone) they sent me out a brake cable to fit, this did not work. So again we had the tedious task of emailing by which they said a NEW chassis would be sent. No chassis was sent and I again tried emailing with no response at all. I then decided to wait the gruelling 20+ mins and call them. They stated there had been a mix up and they would get it sent out to me. The chassis has turned up but it is scratched, the box had been ripped, squashed and tapped back up. What is most alarming is that this supposedly new chassis was sent in a box that is for a completely different Jane product and does not look new. I have again tried to reach Kiddie Kingdom via email and phone and they are refusing to get back to me. I am now proceeding to take this case further as I am unlikely to get this sorted via Kiddie Kingdom. I would stay away from this company if you are looking to spend a lot on an item. I wish I had spent a bit extra and gone elsewhere as their products are clearly questionable and their customer service is the most shocking I have ever experienced!!

I purchased an Izziwotnot cotbed with under drawer for £400 about 3 weeks ago. The item did arrive OK and in good time, but upon assembly one of the bolts was bent. I have been trying to contact Kiddies Kingdom ever since and cannot get through on the phone and haven't had a single reply to 5 or more emails to their customer services team. The cotbed is useless to me as it can't be assembled. Their service is appalling. Do not use.

Hate the fact I even have to give it a star! Ordered a cot bed over 2 weeks ago, a week later they told me they didn't deliver to NI when it clearly says on their website that they do! So I was expecting the cot any day and then i got that email. I paid £25 delivery and then they asked for more. I have asked for a full refund and no one has got back to me. Currently out £340 and without a cot. Bloody disgrace. Will never be back!!!

I thought this company would be great to save the hassle of going round all of the shops. However, they have failed to deliver an item I paid for 3 months ago and are claiming that they have delivered it. I am heavily pregnant now and in need of the final part of my order. It has been incredibly stressful for me dealing with this company's 'customer service' assistant. He has been rude and sarcastic towards me and is very evasive and dismissive of this case. This company cannot be trusted unfortunately and I have been told that they will not help me further in getting the item I have paid for. The whole experience has been appalling as the items that did turn up took a long time to arrive and the pram was scuffed badly. They ignored this completely. It took many, many emails for them to actually apologise for anything, and when they did they were apologising for me!!! Incredibly rude and sarcastic and having come from a customer service background, I would not stand for this sort of treatment from my company by any of my staff members. Please do not be tempted by the price - I will now be £130 out of pocket as I will have to pay for the item I have already paid for again as they will not give it to me. Despicable, honestly the way this man spoke to me was awful!
