I am truly overwhelmed and blessed that God guided me to this hospital ,especially as I am not a local,I want to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing ,professional and compassionate Dr. T.Yasin from A& E .Thanks to his professionalism and dedication,he conducted through, testing ,and asking questions ,was able to identify a life threating condition-possibly cancer, that my local hospital had failed to detect for a long time. That is simply no comparison between my local hospital, where doctors didn't take the time to listen or try to help and this hospital.where I received exceptional care and compassion. Honestly,I could hardly believe the difference -it felt almost unreal after 20 years to have finally found a hospital that treats patients with such dignity and professionalism. A&E you Deliver-Thank you. Suggestions for improvement-for Hospital Biopsy Waiting Time- if cancer suspected ,waiting 6-8 weeks for biopsy results feels to far long. The delay not only increases patient anxiety but also postpones potentially urgent treatment.Faster turnaround times would make a huge difference for patients in such critical situations. A&E Security Measures : For patients safety,it would be beneficial if security staff at A&E .asked visitors who they accompanying. This could improve safety and ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed into sensitive areas. Once again ,thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr T,Yasin and the entire team who showed me what true medical care should look like. Warm Regard R L M.

Thursday the 8th May 2025 at 8:40am A&E doctor. This man is too real for this earth, I met a doctor today that I have never met in this hospital before and I have been coming for 26 years of my life- Masha Allah, May god bless this Doctor in Abundance- for the first time coming to this hospital, I am treated with dignity and respect- for the first time in 3 years, my 3 year old got the treatment that he needs without having to go to the GP. I really appreciate that. Doctor’s act of kindness will forever live in me. I will never forget that humble face and he bold head. This man radiates kindness, a true Muslim and I and so grateful. May there be many more of this man on this earth

Could not fault the service this evening. Daughter been suffering with chestpains and palpitations so packed a bag and headed for A&E expecting to have to wait for hours and hours. Daughter was triage as soon as we walked in the door and then was seen within 10 mins for an ECG. The lady doing the ECG was so friendly and kind, my daughter was upset and scared and the staff were very reassuring and patient. After ECG The Dr called us in for results within 5 minutes and we were on our way back home all within the hour. Have never had any issues at KGH.

I was admitted to japonica ward for knee replacement on 17/1/23 and what a pleasant experience it was from start to end. Everyone and everything was excellent. Couldn’t have received better care if I had gone private. Home the next day too. Thank you all.

Only praise for the whole of the NHS. I rang 111 as I was very concern about my elderly father. The operator was professional and polite, connected me with a doctor who requested an ambulance. After 10mins an ambulance crew arrived equally great, took him to King George and he was seen straight away. His care both in A&E and on the ward was wonderful, such dedicated and hard working staff.

Wow what can I say. Other than thank you all so much. From the security staff, the admissions doctors, nurses, receptionist and the doctors who treated my 19 month old from the 6th to the 15th we had to visit to have her scold treated and checked. Everyone was simply amazing. So kind caring and helpful. The waiting wasn't to long and if they felt it was the apologies were on tap. Everyone from the moment we entered till we left was super. And made her so happy and calm. And myself they were so re assuring. You are all doing an amazing job. And from the bottom of my heart we thank you all. Xx keep being you.

I came in yesterday Monday 23rd November 3 2020 after my little boy developed an allergic reaction on Saturday evening. I called 111 first on Sunday and was given medication. Obviously it got worse so we was told by the doctor to go to the hospital. My son is 3 and non verbal autistic, I was treated appallingly on Sunday, 2 hours with a child who was severely unwell wait just to have him assessed. The nurse was rude and shouted at my son for going near his desk (big no no, no one shouts at my son). I’m aware of the pandemic and I wouldn’t step foot in the hospital unless it was urgent. I then see a doctor who didn’t even examine my son just asked me questions and told me ‘oh it’s a common rash, we won’t prescribe anything’. I woke up this morning and my sons whole body was covered in this awful rash and his face and eyes were swollen. I called 111 as I didnt fancy a long wait to be assessed again. Got to the hospital and was assessed with 10 minutes and was taken straight round to see a doctor. The doctor took one look at my son as was appalled he wasn’t checked over properly yesterday and given medication. I left today with medication and a little boy who was seen and treated with respect. As I said I understand with the pandemic everyone’s stressed but my son only being 3 and clearly very ill I was not happy with how 2 professionals treated him yesterday
