“Absolutely RUBBISH taxi service.
Charged double what other taxi companies charge to take me to a destination I travel to frequently, driver didn’t have a clue where he was going and company was rude when I rang up to discuss it.

And why reply to this honest review on Google reviews saying I changed destination twice????? I went to one destination only, my son’s school.
And I replied to your missed call later on that evening with you ADMITTING you overcharged me.
If you don’t like people hearing about how rubbish your service is then stop robbing people and improve your service!
By the way I still have your voicemail from your missed call saying you charged me too much it should be £8 not £10, or did you forget that before you wrote your lying response??
And that’s still nearly twice as much as most other companies.

“If it was possible, they would get zero stars. Booked two hours before required for a pre-booked set meal. Turned up an hour late and the operator or the driver.....quite frankly I don’t care which, lied. The operator said the driver was running behind, the driver said he’d been given the job 7 minutes before he arrived (an hour late!). Missed starter and cold main course. Never had such a bad experience and at this time of year more than ever, these businesses should be on top of their game. It was the first time I used them, it will most definitely be the last time I use them. Avoid, avoid, avoid!”
