“We had a taxi booked which the taxi driver arrived on time and had a second pick up which was fine. We were going to the NEC for the good food show so allowed plenty of time as we had wine tasting booked. When we arrived we were in completely the wrong place 😡 the taxi driver had been given the wrong postcode, after the taxi driver had put the correct postcode in it was still another 28 minutes away after already travelling for an hour. This now meant we have missed wine tasting that we had already paid for, I rang the office to be told I should have checked on the drivers phone that it was the right postcode, REALLY 🤔 we have never had to do this before. The guy I spoke to said he would speak to his boss and ring me back, surprise surprise I never got a call back, we will never use these again and we won’t recommend to anyone. Uber all the way”

“We booked a taxi and was told it would be 45 minutes. We were still waiting an hour and 45 minutes later. I missed the time I was supposed to take my medication which made me very ill when I eventually arrived home. When my husband phoned to see where the taxi was they’d sent it to the wrong place. We were told to look out for a green car, a mini bus arrived. The taxi driver had a right attitude when we complained that we were expecting a green car. He kept going on about people complaining about them being 10 minutes late when they’re all drugged up or drunk. We became very uncomfortable and felt that he was implying that we were drunk or drugged up. If I wasn’t disabled we would have been quicker to walk home. We will stick with Uber from now on.”

And I replied to your missed call later on that evening with you ADMITTING you overcharged me.
If you don’t like people hearing about how rubbish your service is then stop robbing people and improve your service!
By the way I still have your voicemail from your missed call saying you charged me too much it should be £8 not £10, or did you forget that before you wrote your lying response??
And that’s still nearly twice as much as most other companies.

“If it was possible, they would get zero stars. Booked two hours before required for a pre-booked set meal. Turned up an hour late and the operator or the driver.....quite frankly I don’t care which, lied. The operator said the driver was running behind, the driver said he’d been given the job 7 minutes before he arrived (an hour late!). Missed starter and cold main course. Never had such a bad experience and at this time of year more than ever, these businesses should be on top of their game. It was the first time I used them, it will most definitely be the last time I use them. Avoid, avoid, avoid!”
