“Absolutely dreadful service, my kitchen was to be done on the 6th and 7th December, the courier arrived with the kitchen on the 6th expecting a fitter to be here (fitter never turned up), the courier unloaded what he could into my house because the counter top was too heavy to be lifted by one person and said he would return the following day when the fitter arrived. I checked with the Kitchen Wizard office to be assured that the fitter would have the work completed within a day. I specifically said that I didn't want a situation where somebody was still working in my house at 7p.m. on a Friday evening, and I was told that would never happen. A further phone call with Graham on the evening of the 6th assured us that the fitter would arrive at 8:30a.m. on the 7th. The courier arrived back with the counter top at 8:30a.m. on the 7th, but the fitter didn't turn up until 10:30a.m. The drawers (despite being measured previously by Tracy) were the wrong size, and there were also kitchen doors that were opening the wrong way. The fitter worked until 7:30pm and left the kitchen unfinished. There is no edge on one of the doors, the tap was loose, the pipe below the sink (where the dishwasher is plugged in) was left unearthed, and the trim wasn't applied to the cabinet frames. The next day (Saturday the 8th), the kitchen tap was loose, and there was a leak underneath the sink. I couldn't reach Tracy on her mobile, and when I eventually got through to Graham to complain he hung up on me. They did contact the fitter who arrived, re-earthed the pipe, stopped the leak but never tightened the tap. The following week Tracy called me to say that the fitter would be with me on Wednesday the 12th, (the fitter was to phone me in advance), but nobody arrived. Since then, despite numerous telephone calls, emails and text messages, the only contact we have had with Kitchen Wizard was when somebody I had never met called to my house last Saturday, dropped off the replacement doors and drawers and told me that the fitter would be here the next day. When I pointed out that the following day was Sunday, he asked would I be in and said the fitter would contact me Sunday morning. I haven't been contacted at all since then. I am now left with an unfinished door, doors that are incorrectly fitting, no trim on the cabinets, ill-fitted surrounds and cabinet bases that are loose. I also have a tap that swivels around and is about to fall off (above a cabinet that has an appliance plugged in below), and two cabinet doors and drawers sitting in my hall. Despite numerous emails, text messages and phone calls, I have received no communication at all from Kitchen Wizard. We paid promptly, didn't haggle over the price, and accepted the dates we were given by Kitchen Wizard for the fitting along with providing ample opportunity for Kitchen Wizard to rectify their shoddy work. It gives me absolutely no pleasure to post this review, but if it saves somebody else from the appalling customer service and sloppy workmanship, it will be worth it.”
“Avoid this company like the plague 😢 let us down time after time.... took our money quick enough but we wasted three days leave waiting for them to arrive on agreed days, when they finally arrived in early June they started the job and then disappeared.... wouldn’t answer calls, texts or emails.... we’re stuck with an unfinished kitchen and a very sour taste in our mouths..... abysmal way to run a business....”
“I needed to match some kitchen doors I already had and so. I contacted Kitchen Wizard and spoke to Tracy. I was very short of time and didn't have time to wait for samples to be sent out, so she kindly offered to get together all the closest samples for me to come in and compare with what I had. We managed to find a near perfect match and so the doors were delivered in a very short space of time complete with predrilled hinge holes. All doors are now fitted, the finish and quality of the doors is first class and I have no hesitation in recommending Tracy and the team at Kitchen Wizard.”

“We ordered a load of cabinets and doors from Kitchen Wizard (KW) over the summer, we were impressed with the idea of the easy assemble clickbox cabinets, the accompanying doors and the quick delivery times. In fact, we chose to modify our kitchen plan to get custom sized corner cabinets made in a size that KW don't supply as standard (although most other companies do supply this size) so that the whole order would go through the same company.
As it turned out, the two custom corner cabinets arrived dirty, damaged and without doors. We returned these to KW and were refunded. In fairness to them, KW were very fast in sourcing the same sized cabinets from Noyeks and delivered them to us very quickly, although strangely, the KW manager mentioned in passing that he had noticed we didn’t order doors for the corner units when the custom order was put in, but never thought to mention to us they units would not come with doors, unlike all of the other cabinets we ordered!
Following delivery of the replacement corner cabinets we paid the invoice and were assured that the appropriately sized doors for these cabinets would be sent to us as soon as possible. The doors that arrived were not supplies with the correct fittings, leaving a sizeable gap between each door looking into the cabinet. A strongly worded email written to the KW team was ignored, we were left to fix the issue ourselves. Upon further insistence that KW fix the problem that they had left us with, they grudgingly ordered us a corner post to fix one of our two corner units. Again, another email had to be sent to request a second corner post for the other corner unit.
On another note, these cabinets come with minimal instructions and often without all of the appropriate screws etc. Fortunately, I’m a tradesman so we had materials like this to hand ourselves but beware if you are not usually into DIY, it is NOT as simple as it is made out to be.”

I’m sorry you feel we did not meet your expectations with your recent order.
The packaging on the custom made corner units you received was not to the standard we would expect which is why we gave you an immediate refund and personally delivered replacement units to your home the next day.
We were stunned that you found the units difficult to assemble until you mentioned screws and we realised you were referring to the custom cabinets.
Unfortunately the easy to assemble Clicbox units are only available in specific sizes so your custom cabinets were a more traditional construction from a different manufacturer.
Taking on board your comment that custom cabinets are not as simple to assemble as Clicbox units, we now offer ready assembled custom cabinets.
Finally, I’m sorry if there was any confusion over which cabinets include doors. Only products in the ‘Complete’ range include doors and hinges, we obviously failed to communicate this well. As a goodwill gesture I have issued a refund for the 4 doors.

“After moving house, we needed to re-jig the existing kitchen to suit our needs. As one of us is vegetarian, we like to have a double oven. We ordered a double oven unit from Kitchen Wizard, a drawer unit to fill the gap where the single oven had been and two corner units (wall & floor).
The units were easy to assemble and matched the existing units perfectly.
Now we'll be able to have our first oven dinner in our new home and will be able to find the cutlery and the oven gloves! Thank you Kitchen Wizard for your products and friendly service.”
