“I wish I had better things to say, given I’ve heard so many great things about this company.
I finally decided to take the leap and bought about $150 worth of underwear from them, meticulously choosing the correct size based on their sizing chart, and styles I liked.
Unfortunately, the underwear I got were not only multiples of one style I’d only ordered one of, and only received one of the few I ordered multiples of, but they do not fit comfortably. The sizing is weird, the do not fit, and they also tear and rip super easy. For example, I’ve only worn at least three pairs once, and by the end of the day, there’s already tears, rips, and lace breaking off. I’m not rough at all, so there should be absolutely no reason why all this is happening.
Throughly disappointed.”
“They sent me 2 of the wrong size underwear & claimed that I ordered the wrong size. They offered a 20% discount on my next purchase but then refused to honor the 20% discount because I had purchased promotional items?!? I think it's very odd that when you get your confirmation email the sizes aren't listed, but then they are listed later on when they tell you your order has shipped? Obviously whomever picked more order screwed up, or if I did order the one size, didn't think to flag the order & contact me to confirm sizing before shipping the order. Very poor customer services. I understand you can't return underwear, (even if the package wasn't opened) but seriously, train your warehouse staff better. If 2 pairs are a different size then the rest of the order something is obviously wrong.”
“Really disappointed. They oversold the items that I purchased. It took them over a week to tell me that my items were actually sold out and I wouldn't be receiving them. Then they only offered two options, store credit or items of equal value. It was their mistake, I expected them to offer a full refund.”
