“ I’ve read over and over about how you can’t cancel an order until you receive it even though you don’t receive the item. Happened to me too. They think we are stupid and their tactic to stahl and maybe we won’t cancel I’d what they are hoping for. Not going to happen ! No delivery thus far and nobody at kohls can tell me where my item is or when it will be delivered! ”
