“Awful! AVOID! Ordered and paid for white spirit. Said dispatched and had tracking number for Evri/Hermes who do not have the item. Contact impossible. Don't usually look at reviews, but now see that this company is a complete scam. I doubt very much that they actually have any items to sell! Reported to Amazon who will cover my refund, hope investigation removes them from Amazon. Same story as everyone else and suspect any positive reviews are put up by Konnec themselves or a 3rd party to the comapany....to avoid stress and disappointment, do not use!”

“Ordered Hozelock Water Timer. No confirmation or order number given. No item delivered. Tried repeatedly to contact them, using ‘chat’ facility, online messaging and two emails. No answer to any, and still no item almost a month later. Item now showing as out of stock on website. Look like scam artists. Also wish I’d checked reviews before buying. AVOID.”

“The same as all the other one star reviews, should have checked the reviews before ordering, yes order didn’t turn up. After some emails I got a reply “ticket”. Interestingly it was signed Amazon support team, I have forwarded it to Amazon who are looking into fraud by Konnec. So if anyone has a similar ticket, perhaps you should send it to Amazon.”
