“Absolute con, I wish I had checked these reviews first. I placed an order that cost £34.20. The website still says unfulfilled. I have emailed, no reply. I have used the message facility on the Website and get told nobody is available and we usually respond within a couple of minutes, no reply. When I placed the order there was a phone number on the site this has been removed. The registered address is a post box service. Because my loss is under £100 I cannot claim on my credit card so I intend to spend another £35 and take them to small claims court. I will also report them to the local trading standards. A company like this that takes advantage of people should be stopped from trading.”

“I agree with previous comments about this being a scam site. It is looks like a sophisticated scam/fake shopfront set up to defraud unsuspecting buyers. My experience is the same as many here - made an order and nothing has been sent. There is no contact number and no response to emails. No goods sent, no refund, no way to contact. I don’t believe the positive reviews on this site are legitimate, many are not verified and they use a lot of similar language (thanks Konnec, well done Konnec, etc).”

Order never arrived after 12 days of trying to chase it up I got an email back saying a refund had been processed. 4 days later still no refund and now I’m being told to take it up with Amazon customer service even though it was bought through their website and not Amazon. Tried telling them this but just keep getting the same rubbish email. Now having to contact trading standards. Absolute joke of a company. Pay slightly more and go to a proper retailer and not theses scammers”

My bank will help me to return money and place dispute. THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL,NO ONE REPLIED TO NONE OF 4EMAILS. I think is time to take company to small claims court, this would be good punishment from customers.
