This company has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I ordered a Brita water tank. It arrived with the box completely smashed along with the actual water tank which had pieces of plastic snapped off along with black mould in the bottom of the tank and the filter. It was completely unusable. I sent Konnec an email explaining the above with photo evidence and of course a week later I had hear nothing back. I then contacted them by telephone and was told I would receive a call back. another week went by and nothing. I then contacted them a further 6 times to be told the same thing every time that someone would call me back and that there was nothing they could do. I did not have the money to waste on a completely unusable product but it seems that that is the case as over a month has passed with no contact whatsoever. The customer service is rude.
Please go to a reputable company and do not waste your money!”

“Useless company with appalling customer service. No reply to emails, person on the phone only deals with new sales. Chat facility is only for technical or new sales. There is no way to speak to anyone when they don’t fulfill your order. Total scam! Avoid at all costs.”
“Tracking number incorrect. No sign of delivery. Cannot contact seller. Online service is nonexistent no one replies to you. Every time you call they just tell you there is nothing they can do and someone will call/email you to help but they never do. I have called 3 times now and still I am out of pocket with no product. This company is a sham and should be closed down.”
