“I've been using this mask for a few years and love it. I have oily skin. I use it a few times per week and it makes my skin smooth and dewy! No breakouts or irritation. I just ordered a new tube and it seems thinner and more watery in texture. Less exfoliants. Wondering if the ingredients changed? Something is different. Hope you aren't cheapening an already great product.”

“I purchased the active algae moisturizer however when I received it the lid wasn’t closed tightly. I emailed your customer service with a picture and explanation and I was promptly sent a new one. Thank you and the product and customer service is excellent.”

“I really didn't want to like these products. I got a couple of travel sizes to try out and I have to say they are pretty amazing. I have good skin so there weren't any areas of concern other than the seasonal dryness I get with changing of the weather. I can actually tell a difference using these products and how much my skin glows and overall looks and feels better. I will be ordering full sizes of all of them.”

“This is a rating for customer service. I do have their Plant Stem Cell Retinol Alternative Moisturizer that seems to work well (after getting used to the heavy lavendar scent). I have written 3 emails saying that my Noni Bright Vitamin C serum will not pump out any product. I want an exchange. No one has replied, there is no phone number to call, no sending a message on their website. I have not seen any live chat.”

“I am extrmrly selective on my Eye Creme and I have tried so many and always come back to LaMer Eye Concentrate, probably for 20 years now. Well HELLO, I LOVE YOUR EVE CREME. It is Beautiful and that is what if feels like as Im putting it on. Thank you X's infinity. Eye Creme is Huge for me. I appreciate yall!!!~”

“I have bought 3 products thus far and love them all my skin feels and looks amazing after only using them for 2 weeks.
