“The day my purchase arrived the bottle was leaking. The plastic device was not in the bottle. You can see the picture and see how my purchase product arrived. I immediately emailed your company to inform you and see what happen and to replace the product. No email was went back to me and no replacement product. I emailed your company June 2, 2026 at 4:44pm. I’m quite disappointed.”

“Very hard to get any product out of the bottle. I thought it would be a thinner, serum consistency, but it is thicker. I appreciate the clean ingredients, but for this price, I should be able to use eaiser.”

“I was disappointed with the packaging. The containers are inferior (cheap). Product had leaked in box. Maybe find a new fulfillment company? Hopefully the product is good?”

“I enjoy the product, but it is near impossible to squeeze it out of the dropper. Also, the amount of product inside the bottle is so little. Otherwise, the sunscreen is hydrating and leaves no whitecast.”

“I’m sorry to say I experienced redness after only two uses. I know I cannot return since I used product but even though I purchased travel sizes I cannot use or get a refund. There is nothing wrong with the product I’m just sensitive to it. I am a cancer survivor and last year I had 30 rounds of radiation to my face and have to be extremely careful of what I use. “I tried this cleanser first time and it made my face red and burning 😕 , it’s pretty terrible I had put some zinc on my face to help with sensitivity….. not sure if I should continue using it. 🤔”

“Very disappointed with this product. It feels cheap and heavy. The dropper can’t even lift the product into it, so you have to bang it against your hand to get it out. It’s heavy and takes hours to absorb into my skin and when it does, there is still a good amount of product left as a residual. Will not be purchasing this product again or recommending it.”
