“I like the actual product I use before bed. The problem it the packaging, my roller does not work and I have to remove it to use the oil. For the price I will not order again.”

“I’m sorry to say I experienced redness after only two uses. I know I cannot return since I used product but even though I purchased travel sizes I cannot use or get a refund. There is nothing wrong with the product I’m just sensitive to it. I am a cancer survivor and last year I had 30 rounds of radiation to my face and have to be extremely careful of what I use. “I tried this cleanser first time and it made my face red and burning 😕 , it’s pretty terrible I had put some zinc on my face to help with sensitivity….. not sure if I should continue using it. 🤔”

“Very disappointed with this product. It feels cheap and heavy. The dropper can’t even lift the product into it, so you have to bang it against your hand to get it out. It’s heavy and takes hours to absorb into my skin and when it does, there is still a good amount of product left as a residual. Will not be purchasing this product again or recommending it.”

“I just received my order after more than a month...my orders is a bit frozen at first so I kinda left them inside the cute bag and hopefully will slowly get thawed.... I hope it's ok to use it.....I've been a costumer of KORA products since since it became available here in Canada and never had any issues.... this is my first time to buy from US site though....”
