“Had a rancid smell. Had crud around lip of top. Highly recommended and i was very disappointed. Have mailed product back and unsubscribed.”

“I never received product however I did try to contact customer service plenty of times before they reached out to me then they answered and I had to keep on sending emails to get an answer. Item is still pending to arrive and I had not received a resolution from them either.”

“This is my 2nd purchase of the organic eye oil. When I opened the new bottle, the product smelled RANCID! I tried to call customer service but they insist that the product should be fine. I wonder how they can tell what it smells like from afar????”

“I HAVENT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT YET. ITS BEEN 13 DAYS. It's still sitting up in ND as, finally, your tracker has updated. You know the old saying, "The time it takes the product to get to you is just as important as the product itself." It's going to be at least 15 days before I get it. That is not right. Why are you sending me this?? I haven't received the product yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“This has been a horrible experience for me. I was really disappointed. As soon as I removed it, my dash became trashy, itchy and basically red all over. I really want you guys to relook into this product. Also made a friend try, pretty much similar experience. Happy to share pics as well.”

“Received your product and was shocked to find the bottle leaking all over the box and packaging. For such an acclaimed product, I was surprised that the wasn't a protective seal of plastic to secure the dropper. So I am left with half a bottle of oil. I will not be ordering from this company again.”

“Still waiting to receive this package… GLS can’t find the package or give me an update. I can only email KORA customer support and I still haven’t heard back or been issued a refund. This is the first time I ordered something directly from KORA website and I didn’t think there would be this many issues.”
