I have bad allergic skin reactions after use this mask. I purchased two of them. I been use kora products for long time. Not a problem. Expect this one. Actually I bought different mask before this mask. Why I am do that because first mask I purchased has same problem allergic skin reactions called Turmeric Brightening & Exfoliating Mask. I been use turmeric cream no problem. I send emails to them. Haven’t got anything yet.

I have not received my order to date. It has not been delivered. It took a week before my order was processed for delivery; I feel that was an unreasonable amount of time and when I tried to cancel my order, suddenly, my order had been shipped without my knowledge or shipping and tracking confirmation until two days later. Unfortunately, if I purchase Kora in the future it will be exclusively through the Detix market or Shephora which is unlikely since my original interest in Kora products was that I could purchase the refill to save on extra unnecessary plastic and cost.

As stated in my initial communication with your team, which was invalidated as well, the package is not within the policies regarding expiration date. It is to expire this March, instead of the 6 months policy you state on your website for sale items, and 1 year minimum for regular ones. Your colleague tried to just tell them you are not obligated to write the manufacturing date. I have very sensitive skin, the cream was not the same consistency as it normally is, your team didn’t help me, hence it went straight to the bin. Thanks

I ordered 3 vitamin c serum and they came with a month until expiration day left. They smell and different color and sticky. Reached out to help service and haven't heard back from them.

This is a rating for customer service. I do have their Plant Stem Cell Retinol Alternative Moisturizer that seems to work well (after getting used to the heavy lavendar scent). I have written 3 emails saying that my Noni Bright Vitamin C serum will not pump out any product. I want an exchange. No one has replied, there is no phone number to call, no sending a message on their website. I have not seen any live chat.

KORA was a company I shopped with many times before, however I will never shop with them again. I had previously purchased their products through Sephora and decided to shop directly with them. Big mistake. They do not stand behind their products and will not allow a return, unlike Sephora. They don't support loyal customers and have a very short-sighted customer service policy. I would recommend NOT PURCHASING FROM KORA's website and instead choose one of the MANY other all-natural skincare product lines that are on the market.

One star only!! Reason: I am working with your customer service to see if the product I have is defective or not. I’ve ordered this vitamin c serum for few years and this last shipment of the serum does not look or feel like anything in the past….

Never got to try it, shipping has been a nightmare. After three attempts, one of which to a different address I did not get to try any of the products I ordered. Nor will I be getting a refund per the KORA policy. Which is a shame and I will not be ordering from this company again due to the shipping incidents and lack of empathy.

It has a powerful overwhelming smell. I did not like your Kora product. It was 1st and last time I bought your product. Not all the ingredients are organic. Turmeric glows foaming cleaner doesn't need that much of an overwhelming smell. It's really too much. All the reviews are fake. I left a review on Kora's product on koraorganics.com I definitely did not see it. I will post on social media the actual review, not the one you control on your website. Not happy with the moisturizer also. I could not return it after I open your product, but I would like my money back for these products because they are not good.

Never received my package. Contacted Kora Organics within 48 hours of lost package. Was told to wait and file a claim. The great stall tactic. Now I have been notified by UPS they were paid for the claim. No follow up from Kora Organics telling me they were crediting my credit card. UPS sent me a report two days ago. Poor customer service. I just forwarded scan of UPS notification. Don't want to do any further business with Kora Organics. This was my first order! If I don't receive a refund within five days I will contact my bank.

I received a text about items on sale. I ordered from my phone and the not so obvious expiration date was not in view when I read about and put the item in my cart. When I looked back, it is underneath a video which once I saw the video I didn’t scroll down anymore. I find ordering expired product to be very unacceptable in light of the issues going on with outdated, eyedrops and bacteria, which has been causing blindness. Certainly, this isn’t the norm, but I am very careful about the products that I put on and in my body. given the choice to order expired products for a cheaper price or fresh products for more, I would always choose to pay more for safety and effectiveness. My suggestion would be in the next sale, you state that they are on sale because they are almost expired and need to be used. I actually ordered two of one of the products which I can never use even before the supposed six month date past expiration you say is safe. Very disappointed which is too bad because I used to love Kora and tell my friends about the products.
